Pros:

Tudo. O estúdio com cozinha tinha tudo o que era necessário para a estadia, a kitchenette estava equipada com os bens essenciais, talheres, pratos, copos, uma placa de cozinha, máquina de café, torradeira, chaleira, foram deixadas umas cápsulas de café e chás, umas bolachas e uma garrafa de água pelo anfitrião. A cama era confortável, a casa de banho espaçosa, com toalhas de banho e secador de cabelo. A localização era muito boa, numa zona residencial, tranquila e perto (cerca de 6/9 minutos a pé) da estação de metro Santa Eulália (linha vermelha) que permitiu o acesso fácil e rápido ao centro. O anfitrião foi muito prestável e o processo de check in e check out correu super bem, sem incidentes e de forma fácil. Voltaria a reservar este alojamento numa próxima visita a Barcelona.

Péssima, um hotel com classificação 4 estrelas não ter ar condicionado e o gerente despreparado.
Pros:

Cafe da manhã bom.

Cons:

Hotel 4 estrelas não tem ar condicionado nos quartos. reclamei ao gerente e o mesmo colocou um ventilador de plástico barulhento dentro do quarto e falou que era o que podia fazer.

Facilities not well maintained
Pros:

Kitchen well equipped. Spacious. Quick response to our problems.

Cons:

The hair dryer was broken, a small piece of plastic flew out and almost hurt my face.
The toaster also not working, the lever kept bouncing up and I had to hold it with my hand.
The drainage of shower was blocked. I wonder how frequent they clean up.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper and it was a little confusing getting in. I did not like that there was no one on staff when I got there. The self serve process is not great.
