Sehr schönes nettes Hotel direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich.

We loved the stay for a week
Pros:

- incredible location, first line on beach, 3 minutes walk to the center strip, next to restaurants, supermarket, laundry
- great owners, very helpful and always with smile
- great pool between beach and hotel
- no need to pay for seats on the beach, you just walk to sea from the hotel
- lovely breakfast even with eggs and hot dogs
- rooms with ceiling fans (great if you dont want aircon always on)
- little kitchen and big fridge not expected in hotel but very helpful, even with small dishwasher
- new modern and refurbished
- working wifi, good parking opportunities

Cons:

Minor notes but not that important for me:
- only capsule coffee and no alcohol available in the hotel
- noisy night street if you get the city side room, not much chance to sleep with open windows
- no basic stuff in the kitchenette like dish washer capsules, dish soap, sponge, salt ..

Wir kommen wieder wenn es Cattolica wird.
Pros:

Sehr gut Lage da direkt vor dem Strand.
Herr Andrea ein sehr netter Mensch der uns auch gute Tipps gegeben hat für Restaurants etc.
Die Dame beim Frühstückbuffet auch sehr nett und freundlich. Alles Tip Top.

Cons:

Eventuell das Mobiliar mal austauschen weil es in die Jahre gekommen ist.Wer nicht soviel wert drauf legt wird happy sein.Ich kann da auch nur für unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss reden weil ich nicht weiss wie die anderen Zimmer aussehen.

I strongly recommended this hotel
Pros:

It’s a family run hotel, that’s why everything is perfect. We had a room on the third floor with amazing view on the ocean and beach. You could watch sunset from our balcony.
I have expensive E-bike and Andreas was so kind to let me park in the garage and I could use electric outlet to charge it.
The big plus is free of charge parking nearby, because it’s a hassle to park outside. In the lobby is cold water dispenser, free of charge for all the guests

Cons:

You have to prepare yourself for a little noise coming from outside but closing a shutter and balcony door will help, besides you are in the center of the Rimini not in Tuscany villa

I liked the place, people
Pros:

The location, view, and staff were excellent. It was a pleasure to wake up looking at the beach and sea coast.

Cons:

The sofa was not so cozy, all the other facilities were much better. The breakfast was very basic

Pros:

This very lovely family run hotel. Breakfasts are delicious and there is plenty to chose from. The rooms are very well thought through, you have there everything you might need. The bathroom is newly renovated and lovely. The beach is just right outside your window, takes 2 seconds to get there. You get recommendations for places with great food.

Pros:

Always friendly and helpful staff, very good location. The view from the seaside was beautiful. I liked the terrace a lot (you could see the sea from there, such a beautiful view) and the reception area was also very nice. Also the area in front of the hotel was really nice. It's also very good that they had bikes for free. We had the penthouse apartment with the sea view (where you could see only the sea, you were not able.to see the beach).

Cons:

We had a kitchen with all kitchen utensils that you need in our apartmen, but there weren't dishwashing detergent etc. I also would've wanted to have a washing machine, if not possible in the apartment, then, for example, in the basement of the hotel. It would also be a good idea to have parasols in the pool area. 9
