Recommend staying here, especially if you miss hot nice showers
Pros:

Comfortable Appartment with nice bed and big kitchen. Someone commented before the shower is hot. Thats true. It was the best shower I experienced so far on my trip through Philippines. The hairdryer was really good and you have a lot of space. The staff cleaned very good and neatly. Staff was always nice and understanding. We had a leaking coffee machine and it was exchanged without problems.

Cons:

Only our view from balcony wasn't so good. It showed an abandoned building. Our sink need maintenance. It worked but it was hard to open and close.

Pros:

Best accommodation I've stayed in Philippines! The bed and bedding were amazing and so clean.The shower was very big lovely hot water and the whole apartment block was spotless! Nice gym and lovely pool i couldn't fault it!

Cons:

The restaurant was Japanese and wasn't much the menu wasn't for me it was Philipino food before and maybe changing back.Saying that the staff who worked there were so nice especially the young girl at breakfast time?

The location and that it had a restrant on proporty

Cons:

There was big cockroaches in the room no appology givin, no free or paying shuttle service to the air port its dependent on 1 driver , brakfast is not included for the price we paid and the deposit its not worth it and the bugs could get us very sick could not sleep ,only provied shampoo and body wash no conditioner.

We stayed there so that we are close to the airport and city center.
Pros:

The amenities,clean rooms,facilities,location, friendlly staff,close to all malls and city center,accessible to transpo, if you need to weigh your luggage they have huge weighing scale, s kitchenette with all the kotchenwares and appliances you need.

Cons:

We stayed in room 516 but the AC was not working well but we have family members staying in 518 where the AC was very good. I asked front desk if they can provide an electric fan to help circulate the cool air,good thing they have one and were responsive with our request. Hope they can fix the AC.overall the experience was great and I always prefer and recommend Alicia Apartelle!
