Cons:

Hygiène des murs alertante… l’appartement est à rénover car des accumulations de champignons au niveau de la pièce principale laissent des odeurs et de l’humidité

Einfaches Apartment mitten in Horta
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt in mitten von Horta. Das Apartment ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Wir genossen unser Frühstück gerne auf dem gemütlichen Balkon. Die Übergabe mit der Besitzerin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft nicht sehr sauber. Die Böden waren dreckig und teilweise das Geschirr nicht richtig abgewaschen und noch mit Essenresten drin. Wahrscheinlich haben die vorherigen Gästen dies so hinterlassen, jedoch wäre eine Kontrolle gut.

Pros:

Riesiges Appartment in einem schönen Haus, sauber, mit alten Holzmöbeln im Kolonialstil eingerichtet, eine große voll ausgestattete Küche, Balkon und sehr bequeme Bettern. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut getan hat uns die Heizmöglichkeit im Zimmer - eher eine Seltenheit auf den Azoren, aber im Januar kann es auch dort ganz schön kalt werden. Und wir hatten einen privaten Parkplatz für unser Mietauto!

Cons:

Das Sofa war schon ziemlich abgenutzt, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört - es hat zu dem etwas morbiden Charme der Stadt gepasst ;-). Nachts war es teilweise etwas laut, da gefühlt direkt unter unserem Schlafzimmerfenster Motorradrennen gefahren wurden - aber dafür kann ja die Vermieterin nichts.
