Pros:

It's located near Moldova Mall, so you can go for a shopping there in a few minutes by car. They have parking with gate and cameras. You need to have some clearance in car to get into their parking, as there is a steep climb on entry. We stayed in another room for 1 night instead of 1 week and booking helped us to cancel reservation with no additional cost. That room for that 1 night was mostly clean, There is a washing machine and some cutlery to cook and eat.

Cons:

We booked 2 level room for a week, when we arrived we've been told that it is not available as someone is currently staying there and came to the work and they proposed us another regular room that is smaller with a few euro discount, We told that we need a room that we booked initially and woman agreed, She told that around 6pm we will get into the room. few hours later she called me and asked to go down, her husband told that now in that room are 5 guests (initially there were 2 who are working) and they can't let us in since those 5 are in that room now. After long coversation they agreed to clean that room (as I understand it was not cleaned and not prepared). Since our temporary room was just below that 2 level room, we have not heard anyone coming near our door except woman from cleaning company, so that was a trick to not clean a large room that we booked and to give us cheaper room for a higher price than listed since we already came).

In a temporary room there was a package from used condom left on a cabinet and lots of dust under the bed. Besides from these 2 things room was clean.

As a bottomline, we wasted time and money while staying there.

O locație în care aș reveni cu drag
Pros:

M-am simțit foarte bine. Locația este accesibilă, fiind aproape de stațiile de autobuz și tramvai. Se ajunge ușor în centru și sunt magazine aproape (Profi, Carrefour)

Pros:

The room was big and comfortable, having all the promised facilities. Placed admirably, on a quiet street, close to the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Foarte curat. Bucataria utilata, cafea din partea casei. Parcare am gasit in curte...dar am avut noroc. Daca sunt multi clienti nu stiu daca este loc pentru toti. A fost acceptabil de cald.

Cons:

Locatia nu prea aproape de centru. Noi am mers pe jos pana la Palatul Culturii, sunt mute obiective in drum (teiul lui Eminescu, universitatea, Piata Unirii...) dar ne-am intors cu tramvaiul. La baie este doar sapun de maini, nu si sampon .

Pros:

Apartament micuț, cochet, curat, bine încălzit, cu bucătărioara bine dotată. Aproape de gară, aproape de "Carrefour", deci nu vor fi probleme cu aprovizionarea. Personal amabil.

Cons:

Nu sunt lucruri care să mă fi nemulțumit.

Locația e foarte modesta, lipsea canapeaua extensibila, fiind înlocuită cu un pat de campanie. Parcarea gratuita , de fapt, nu exista .
