La ubicación y la cama esa grande y muy cómoda

Cons:

A la hora de hacer el check in nos costó mucho hablar con el propietario. Hasta una hora antes de la llegada no sabíamos nada. Una vez hecho entrar al apartamento fue complicado, no nos contestaba al móvil, no teníamos llave… creo que se puede mejorar

اكثر شيء أعجبني الموقع لانه قريب من ساحة الدومو تقريبا 12 دقيقة مشي
المكان نظيف و مرتب و ممتاز بالنسبة للسعر
المساحة ممتازة لانه كنا شخصين وطفل
الغرفة واسعة فيها سرير و أريكة مفتوحة للطفل مع مرتبة و مخدة و غطاء
يوجد نافذتين يوفرون اضاءة جيدة بالغرفة
يوجد مطبخ و طاولة و 4 كراسي و ماكينة قهوة و إبريق شاي
لم استخدم المطبخ و لكنها فكرة جيدة للعائلات
من اللطيف ترك ( مساحيق للاستخدام للجلاية و ليفة جديدة )
و غسالة و كرسي كوي و مكواة
لم نلتقي بالموظف و لكنه ودود و ساعدنا عبر الهاتف

ملاحظة صغيرة جدا ( اتمنى ان يتم غسل المناشف ( بمسحوق غسيل و معطر افضل )
المناشف كانت نظيفة تماما و ممتازة و لكن من الافضل استخدام ( مسحوق معطر ايضا )

Был сломан держатель душа, смеситель протекал, мыться было неудобно, умывальник был забит, поэтому плохо стекала вода. В номере не было тапок, капсул для кофемашины, чая, питьевой воды. На фото было заявлено по 3 полотенца на человека, тапки, в реальности было только 2 полотенца на человека. Об отсутствии тапок сказали хозяину, он сказал их нет. На следующий день признался, что забыл их просто купить, тем не менее тапки не предоставил, хотя за это время мог купить. В номере не было информации как подключиться к вай фай. Писали Франческо, но он был недоступен и дал логин и пароль только поздно вечером, хотя было проще оставить эти данные в номере, чтобы они сразу были при заселении и не пришлось их ждать. Франческо отвечал не всегда, и отвечал только на выбранные вопросы. Данные апартаменты не соответствую заявленным 4 звездам, а также цене

To anyone who books these apartments through Booking, be warned, this is a scam and a thief. I booked on 02/01/2026 for 2 nights for my wife and 3 children. Our flight was delayed and our check-in was postponed from 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM. We called the owner of the place 6 hours before landing and informed him of the delay. He said he was not interested and was using the place's policy and canceling our reservation. Despite Booking's intervention, he did not agree to host us after 9:00 PM, even though he had received the money in advance. We were forced to spend the night on a bench in the cold with small children at an airport in -1 degree cold. Be careful and do not book with this thief.

Hôte injoignable, réservation annulée sans prévenir, aucune solution proposée : perte de 300 €.
Pros:

Ce que j’ai aimé : l’absence totale de communication, l’annulation de la réservation sans avertissement et le plaisir de perdre 300 €, le tout couronné par un grand manque de professionnalisme.

Cons:

L’hôte ne prend absolument pas le temps de répondre aux messages. La veille de notre arrivée, je l’ai contacté afin de l’informer d’un changement d’horaire de notre vol. Le jour même, à 7h du matin, je n’avais toujours aucune réponse. Ce n’est qu’à 14h, le jour de notre arrivée, que l’hôte nous a enfin répondu.
Il m’a alors indiqué que le check-in se faisait entre 15h et 20h et qu’un concierge pouvait éventuellement nous remettre les clés moyennant un supplément de 10 à 20 €.
Une fois arrivés à Bergame, l’hôte a finalement refusé toute solution et m’a renvoyé vers Booking. Nous avons donc été contraints de réserver une autre chambre ailleurs.
De plus, l’hôte a annulé la réservation sans nous en avertir. Son comportement est malhonnête : il savait parfaitement que nous avions du retard et aurait pu procéder à une annulation gratuite.
Résultat : nous avons perdu 300 €.
