Huge apartment for a vacation stay, near the train station
Pros:

Huge space, that was clean and had everything we neeeded. We only stayed one night but would be great for longer stays.

Cons:

It was a little hard to figure out how to get into the office building to get the keys, but not impossible

Pros:

Ordenado y limpio. Equipado. Con enseres y accesorios útiles para la estancia. Mobiliario moderno y todo funcionando. Al lado de puerta de Venecia y parque Garibaldi para salir andando al centro.

Cons:

Son varios apartamentos pero no están en piazza della Repubblica. Allí son las oficinas.

Très sympa
Pros:

Le logement est très agréable, propre. Le hôtes très sympathiques a l écoute et serviable.

Cons:

Je trouve que le parking qui nous on conseillé était très cher 50 euros pour de 15h a 10 h le lendemain même pas 24h00 et de plus quand on à était là récupérer c était pas la même personne et il voulait nous faire payer 60 🤣. Enfin prendre plus de temps et mieux se renseigner.

Overall, it's newly updated apartment in good condition, located in nice area.

Cons:

I stayed with this operator and experienced a clear bait and switch. The apartment address shown on Booking.com was not the real address. The correct address was only revealed after I completed a non refundable booking. They also told me the new address was two hundred meters away, but it was actually much farther. The elevator was not working and I was informed of this only after payment. There was also heavy construction noise that made it impossible to work or relax. Several critical details about location, access, and living conditions were either hidden or disclosed only after the booking became non refundable. I believe Booking.com and consumer protection authorities should review this operator for compliance.
