Overall, it's newly updated apartment in good condition, located in nice area.

Cons:

I stayed with this operator and experienced a clear bait and switch. The apartment address shown on Booking.com was not the real address. The correct address was only revealed after I completed a non refundable booking. They also told me the new address was two hundred meters away, but it was actually much farther. The elevator was not working and I was informed of this only after payment. There was also heavy construction noise that made it impossible to work or relax. Several critical details about location, access, and living conditions were either hidden or disclosed only after the booking became non refundable. I believe Booking.com and consumer protection authorities should review this operator for compliance.

Appartement tres moderne dans le quartier moderne.
Pros:

L'appartement est tout neuf et bien équipé pour passer un séjour courte durée. Décoration très moderne. L'accès au logement a été très fluide grâce à une bonne communication avec le personnel qui est très réactif et très arrangeant.

Cons:

Attention, l'adresse qui est indiquée sur Booking.com n'est pas l'endroit où vous allez dormir. Ils vont vous attribuer votre appartement à votre arrivée. C'est un peu une surprise au dernier moment mais pour nous c'était pas loin de la gare centrale donc ça allait. Comme j'ai déjà vu parmi les commentaires sur gg maps, tous les robinetteries sont défectueux. Je ne comprends pas ce qui s'est passé. C'est à réparer ou changer immédiatement.
La clim fait énormément de bruit, impossible de dormir avec. Il faut faire un choix entre le bruit et la chaleur.
