Will be back!
Pros:

The veiw of the ocean is amazing. We visited during the "arctic storm" in January and spent a good amount of time in the condo. The bed is SO COMFY! The property staff is wonderful and had amazing dining suggestions. Our stay needed to be extended because of the weather and the owners were so easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

The view was amazing and parking was super close!

Cons:

It could have been a little cleaner - but I know the property owners are not physically able to check on it as they rely on cleaners to come in and do that part.

Overall was a beautiful place and we would stay again
Pros:

Beautiful and clean in a very good location, beautiful sea and pool view from the balcony.

Cons:

Very low shower pressure and it may be due to the unit being on the third floor. Wanted to do a small load of laundry but there was no laundry soap.

Schönes Appartment direkt am Strand gelegen
Pros:

Die ganze Anlage war optisch sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Das Appartment war geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle war funktionell, besonders gefallen hat uns der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Pool und auf das Meer. Walmart und Tankstellen in unmittelbarer Nähe ca, 200 Meter. Sonnenschirm und 2 Stühle waren vorhanden. Parkplätze gegen Gebühr am Haus vorhanden.

Beschwerliches Treppenhaus mit Gepäck ohne Aufzug in den 3. Stock.

Very beautiful place
Pros:

Condo was very clean great location very quiet and peaceful. The pool was awesome. The beach is right across the street . Location is close to lots of restaurants and attractions

Cons:

Condo is on the third floor . For me myself, I am 62 and going and coming up and down the stairs was a little rough thank God for my husband. But was well worth it

Pros:

Property grounds very well maintained. Great view!!! Comfortable apartment and decorated nicely.

Cons:

Ice machine not working. Had to purchase a bag of ice. Barely a trickle of water from the water dispenser from the fridge. TV in the living room would not work. Lights flickering on lamp beside the couch. Heated pools are not heated.

Kinda Disappointed
Pros:

The place was decorated beautifully and in a great location for getting to the beach and the Strand. Liked the automatic lock, made us feel very safe. The balcony was cozy with a great view of the ocean.

Cons:

The hot tub was advertised, but there was no heat- if it's seasonal, it should be advertised as such. We were charged an $80 cleaning fee for a 1BR, but the place was VERY dusty and had a mildew smell. There's definitely some soft spots in the floor in front of the balcony door, probably where the odor is coming from. The mattress is worn out and needs to be replaced. We got into town very early Sat morning (1am) and found out there was also a $40 parking fee, not excited to have hidden fees. We paid for parking Sat and still had a red tag on my vehicle Sun morning threatening to tow it.
