Good value, clean and in a walkable location
Pros:

Good value, well equipped apartment-style room with good bathroom and air conditioning. Location is good (a slight walk away from the main drag) and check in relatively easy, though no contact - as is common in Japan.

Cons:

The toilet paper and pillows could both be upgraded. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.
