Mit wenigen Abstrichen ein toller Familienurlaub.
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht und eine exponierte Lage über dem See (man muss allerdings bereit sein mindestens zwei mal am Tsg die Serpentinen hoch und runter zu fahren 😉), sehr gute Ausstattung. Speisen im Freien ist toll! Es ist auch nie heiß im Apartment, da direkt in den Berg gebaut. Garage im Haus mit Möglichkeit ein BEV an der Steckdose zu laden.

Cons:

Leider unerklärlicherweise sehr viele Fliehen auf der Terrasse und im Apartment – daher Insektenspray oder eine simple Fliegenklatsche besorgen.

Mug på væggene og ingen elektricitet!!
Cons:

Elektriciteten virker ikke! Vi skulle vælge mellem varmt vand og lys. Køleskabet virkede ikke. Der var mug på alle vægge og malingen skaller af. Vi klagede over elektriciteten og blev lovet en refundering, men hørte aldrig mere og har ikke fået nogen penge refunderet. Vi har kontaktet Lake Como Holidays flere gange, og hver gang lover de at vende tilbage angående refundering. Det sker bare ikke.. Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette sted til nogen!!!

Pros:

Le logement est dans une zone très calme, avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse. De fait, il faut au moins 30 minutes pour rejoindre Menaggio.
Si l'on vient avec des enfants, il y a des jouets et un park d'aventure à proximité.

Cons:

La résidence est difficile d'accès (il faut savoir bien manœuvrer) et ce n'est pas précisé.
Un parking est fourni mais il est demandé également de bien savoir manœuvrer et il n'est pas adapté aux grosses voitures. Nous nous sommes donc garés sur le bord de la route à l'extérieur.
Un guide d'accès à l'appartement est fourni, mais il n'explique que l'accès depuis le garage. A pied c'est un vrai dédale et rien n'est indiqué.
Plus globalement, il n'y a personne qui gère sur place ; en cas de problème il faut passer par whatsapp.
Les télécommandes de la télévision ne fonctionnent pas.

Droom vakantie.
Pros:

De locatie was prachtig, een groot balkon met uitzicht op het Como-meer en de bergen.

Cons:

Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, het leek door ernstig achterstallig onderhoud niet bruikbaar. In de beschrijving stond dat ivm Corona regels er geen garantie was...
De Wifi werkte slecht maar is na een telefoontje snel verholpen, dat was fijn.
