Gorgeous property, compassionate owners, perfect location!
Pros:

This beautiful property is located in the perfect location. It’s on a quiet street, with less than a two minute walk to the center of town. The owners were extremely kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and take care of us.

Cons:

Nothing.
It was perfect!!

Każdemu polecam pobyt w Pizzo a szczególnie w Palazzo Zimmatore!
Pros:

Ogromny, wygodny apartament, pomocni gospodarze. W trakcie pobytu zmieniliśmy apartament na jeszcze większy, w którym, co prawda, nie było kuchni. Od gospodarzy natychmiast dostaliśmy czajnik i niezbędne podstawowe wyposażenie.

Cons:

Nic. Świeżo wyremontowane a ostatnie piętro jeszcze urządzane.

Beautiful place, overpriced for what it offers
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The architecture is stunning and the building looks like a palace and is impressive both inside and out. Having an elevator was also a plus for carrying luggage.

Cons:

We expected a bit more for the price. While the building is beautiful, some services could be improved: cleaning was irregular (we sometimes had to ask for it or for trash bags), the bins were too small for the apartment’s size, and basic items like toilet paper and shampoo were not always replenished without asking. Parking is quite far and often full, which usually means paying and walking 15–20 minutes, or going even farther for free spots. Also, some apartments, like ours, had no kitchen or microwave, and there is no shared space for cooking. The internet worked very poorly (luckily we had mobile data and didn’t depend on it). Guests (or you) should also remember to ask about the city tax on arrival, as in our case it was later requested by bank transfer. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for what it offers.

La struttura è in pieno centro e in un'ottima posizione, Il palazzo d'epoca è bello e ben tenuto. Le stanze sono ampie e il personale gentile.Buona la Colazione

Příjemné bydlení v centru města.
Pros:

Krásný, pohodlný apartmán v centru Pizzo, kousek od náměstí a hradu, kde je plno restaurací a obchůdků. Skvělá lokalita. Malý obchůdek s potravinami, pekařství a rybárna je hned u náměstí. Lékárna je 30 m od apartmánu. Apartmán je je rovněž dobře vybavený pro základní vaření. Majitelé jsou velmi milí a nápomocní. Nejbližší pláž je městská pláž pod hradem cca 10 minut pěšky. Na ostatní pláže mezi Pizzo a Tropea je nutné se dopravit autem, ale stojí za návštěvu. Strávili jsme zde příjemnou dovolenou.

Cons:

- slabší a kolísavý wifi signál
- pokud máte auto, je nutné počítat s tím, že parkování v centru je komplikované, nejbližší parkoviště (parkoviště Papa) s několika místy zdarma je cca 450 m od apartmánu, ale bývá často plně obsazené a volné místo najít je spíše otázka štěstí a náhody, v hořejší části města cca 500 m (parkoviště La parrera) od apartmánu je velké parkoviště rovněž s několika místy zdarma k parkování. Jinak placené parkování stojí 1 EUR na hodinu v době od 9.00 do 2.00.

Cons:

I booked a 3 room privet apartment style room. When we checked in we were only given access to 2 rooms and the living room. We assumed that maybe it was a miss understanding and the pull out couch counted as a bed. The next night the hotel staff came and told us we were not allowed to keep our things in the living area and it was shared. They then showed us that they rented out the third room in the apartment and a stranger would be staying with us. When I tried to explain that I had booked and paid for all three rooms they said the 3rd room would be an extra charge because we are only 3 people. Apparently 2 people can fit in each room therefore 3 people only need 2 rooms. The problem is we are three adults who want our own space which is exactly why I booked 3 separate rooms. They would not budge on it as there was a language barrier and I do not know if they did not understand what I was saying or didn’t care. If you book here make sure that you know they may rent out the room you paid for if they feel like your group is small enough to not need it!!

Trevligt boende mitt i Pizzo.
Pros:

Optimalt läge i Pizzo, rent och trevligt. Rymligt med flera sovrum och två toaletter. Vänliga och hjälpsamma värdar, kan ingen engelska så all konversation behöver ske skriftligt.

Cons:

Obekväma sängar och kuddar, tyvärr. Allt annat var bra men det drog ner vistelsen. Observera att frukosten inte serveras på boendet utan på ett café på torget och utgörs av endast en croissant och kaffe.

Pros:

The location was perfect and the building very beautiful. The owner also provided us with a coupon for having breakfast at one of the bars in the main square.

Cons:

We had to share the apartment with other people who arrived late and tried to enter in our room at one point during the night.

If you travel alone or you are a couple or some friends without kids this is a good place to stay.
Pros:

My name is Elena and I am using my husband's booking account.
I enjoyed the location the most. This hotel located in the heart of Pizzo and it takes you one minute to get downstairs and sit down and enjoy your coffee at the main squire. Pharmacy, little grocery store and fruit shop located just around the corner.
I did like my room and the hall, a lift was really helpful. I also admired little details in decoration. Hosts provided me an iron and an iron board by my request.
I had a fridge in my room and I could buy some water and other essentials.
I mainly walked to Pedigrotto beach (as I didn't have an umbrella and there are the natural hills/rocks which provide the shade) you can take a little motor taxi that will get you from the squire down the hill and back. I was ok to walk.

Cons:

English. My friend is speaking Italian and she helped me when my flight was delayed and I arrived only past midnight. Hosts were trying their best and probably google translator could help. However, someone who speaks the language would significantly improve the situation.
