Pros:

Todo muy bien, el apartaestudio es muy lindo, muy bien ubicado, la vista da al parque. El aseo estaba impecable. Volvería a quedarme sin lugar a dudas.

Cómo sugerencia deberían poner un juego más de toallas de ducha cuando es una estadía larga. O reponerlas.

Un viaje para disfrutar
Pros:

La estadía fue tranquila, el lugar tiene puntos de interés turístico y gastronómicos cercanos, además que se puede caminar por el sector de forma segura y el departamento en sí es muy cómodo, seguro y bonito.

Cons:

En general todo me gustó, quizás lo que sí recomendaria es poner agarraderas fuertes en la zona de la bañera, sobretodo para personas con poca estabilidad física.

La bañera es un problema para personas mayores tho tiene escalón para utilizarlo y su altura es casi 50 cm para ingresar, el internet es muy lento, no cuentan con control de TV

La experiencia podría mejorar con mantenimiento
Pros:

Guardiania un servicio impecable, información sobre ley de protección de datos ya que nos tomaron la fotografía de las cédulas.

Cons:

El proceso de ingreso no fue del todo práctico, ya que tuvimos que comunicarnos con el anfitrión para poder acceder al departamento mediante la llave o el código.
La cama ubicada en la sala resulta poco funcional y afecta la armonía del espacio.
En la habitación principal, la cama emite un sonido al moverse que dificulta el descanso. También encontramos algunos detalles de mantenimiento pendientes: copas incompletas, cortinas que requieren atención tanto en la sala como en el dormitorio, y aspectos por mejorar en el baño. En la cocina, el espacio donde debería estar el horno luce descuidado
Ubicar el edificio fue complicado, ya que no cuenta con un letrero visible como otros en la zona, tuvimos que dar varias vueltas antes de poder detenernos.
Como alojamiento para una estancia corta puede funcionar; sin embargo, considero que mejorar los detalles y el mantenimiento haría una gran diferencia en la experiencia general.
Si le colocan un botellón con agua o botellas.

El personal que trabaja ahí súper grosero, yo llegué a las 10 p.m con un niño pequeño y maletas y nos corrieron de lugar

Pros:

Good location and parking, we lucked out and a had a 3 room/3 bath apartment.

Cons:

Payment was via e-transfer, luck we had family that had an Ecuadorian bank account. Bring a spare roll of Toilet Paper just in case, there was no extra.
