Important information:

This property doesn't have accessible facilities, upper floors are not accessible by elevator.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

For bookings made with Free Cancelation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days, you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking.

Reception hours are from 09:30 until 18.00 from Monday to Sunday. Reception hours may vary, and the Harrogate office operates with limited staff during the week.

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with reception for an additional charge, subject to availability.

As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team.

Any and all damage caused to the property and apartments during your stay will incur a charge that covers the cost of repairs or deep cleaning. Management reserves the right to recover this debt by any means necessary. Further information can be found on the property Terms & Conditions and damage policy.

The property will send you an email one day before your arrival with all the information you will need if you arrive outside the reception hours. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also to your key box, unique to your allocated apartment. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

On-site parking is available for £10 per car, per night. If you wish to reserve a space, please provide your vehicle registration number at the time of booking.

Great find - gorgeous apartment in beautiful area
Pros:

This is a gorgeous apartment in a beautiful building on a leafy street walkable to Harrogate town centre. We loved the decor, all finishes and furniture was done to a very high standard, spotlessly clean too.

Fantastic apartment - enjoyed the stay
Pros:

We stayed at Duchy A for the weekends. It is a beautiful apartment and immaculately clean. The whole apartment is very well appointed. The location is very near to city centre and valley garden. Parking on site is also very useful. The communication and service from the Lawrence team is praise worthy. Highly recommended

Lovely, relaxing overnight stay at this beautiful apartment. Highly recommend and would stay again!
Pros:

Very good location...easy walking distance into town and main sights. Quiet area, very peaceful in apartment.
Very stylishly furnished to a high standard, cosy and warm, felt very homely. Everything we needed for our short stay at a really good price.

Cons:

Nothing!
Only negative thing was we ended up paying £10 for parking in the car park but could have parked on the main Rd in front of apartment for free which I did enquire about via email but did not receive response.

Excellent location, the apartment was a comfortable home from home, very well equipped and maintained. A great base to explore Harrogate and the surrounding areas.

The Duchy A apartment is accesed down a flight of flagstone steps not suitable for those with mobility issues but was perfect for us as the quietness of the property was perfect.

Quality short stay in Harrogate.
Pros:

The decor of the apartment was outstanding and we immediately felt comfortable in the spacious living area. The bedrooms, both large and en-suite were equally beautiful. Despite the fact that it was so peaceful and quiet, we were only a few minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate.
All communication beforehand was dealt with quickly and smoothly and we even had a message to wish us a lovely stay once we had arrived at the apartment.
Highly recommended- we will definitely return when we are back in the area.
