Pros:

Schönes Apartment in großem Gebäudekomplex auf Wunsch mit große Terrasse / Balkon, großes Zimmer, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Tiefgaragenplatz, alles da - nur kein Föhn (hat wahrscheinlich jemand mitgenommen 🤨)
Sehr netter Kontakt zur Verwaltung des Hauses.
Für mich absolut ideal, da fußläufig zu meinen Kunden.

Pros:

Komfortabel Zimmer, leider ist das Bad für einen Rollstuhlfahrer etwas zu eng.
Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Und die Preise waren akzeptabel. Immer wieder gerne 🙂

Mit einem neuen Türschloss eine gute Wahl
Pros:

Nett eingerichtetes Appartement, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Defektes Türschloss erschwerte den Zugang zum Appartement, was auf die Dauer sehr ärgerlich war.

Geräumiges Appartment mit ordentlicher Ausstattung.
Pros:

Sehr geräumig, großer Balkon, Küche relativ gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Apartments bei Anreise könnte besser sein. Viel Staub und der Boden war nicht ganz sauber. Auch liegt um das Haus herum Müll. Leider gibt es keinen Lappen in der Küche um mal was abzuwischen. Auch der Zimmerservice wischt nichts ab und tauscht lediglich die Handtücher. Nach einer Woche wird es da dann leider schon mal dreckig.

Pros:

Perfekt für geschäftliche Aufenthalte: funktional, ruhig und angenehm. Check-in und Kommunikation liefen immer problemlos. Dank der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung auch für private Reisen sehr gut geeignet. Bereits mehrfach genutzt und wird weiterhin meine Erste Wahl sein.
