Great location and space for our family of 4!
Pros:

The location was great! Within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go ( Ginza for shopping, fish market, coffee shops) but the area was fairly quite in the morning and night making it a great place to come back to.

Cons:

I would’ve appreciated a full length mirror in one of the common places. Also a few hooks to hang your clothes in the bathroom. There’s definitely a wall/space hooks could be installed, at least in the place we stayed.

Awesome apartment to stay in, about a 10-15 min walk to the main area of Ginza. The host was incredible and helped us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Pros:

Perfect location.

Good size relatively to other spaces in Japan.

Has some useful amenities.

Communication with staff was very responsive.

Cons:

- Furniture needs upgrading.
- Rug needs changing.
- wobbly Chairs.
- Armchair wasn’t so clean.
- Bed room is separated by a sliding door, you could hear the noises from outside easly.

Love everything
Pros:

Excellent place to stay if you want to be in a walking distance from the main subway & train stations. Clean and very specious one bedroom fully loaded clean apartment with two very comfortable rooms. Big kitchen either separate dining space. Good size bathroom. Very big size place especially for Tokyo. On Highly recommended it.

Cons:

Very unpleasant experience with the staff.
Among all, they asked an additional fee because they claimed the towel were left more dirty than usual. We asked if there were permanent stains on the towels, and they said no, just more dirty than they should be. Could you believe it! But it is what has happened to us.
So, if you have kids, avoid to go there.
