Clean, functional, small
Pros:

Great location with lots of local eateries nearby. Very clean with all the basics provided. Very good wifi.

Cons:

The space is very small (even by Japan standards), much smaller than it looks in the photos. This made the value for money not great compared to my other stays nearby. But it is very functional for a short stay if you don’t mind the price!

Compact but comfortable apartment with a view
Pros:

It was lovely to have a little kitchen and laundry after staying in hotel rooms, and a balcony with a view. The apartment is simple and compact - two adults with medium to large suitcases would still need to navigate how to manage the space - but it's very comfortable, well stocked and had everything I needed. And quiet! There's only four apartments on the floor and I barely heard anyone. The immediate neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet for how close it is to the business of Shinjuku only a coupe of streets away and having a little supermarket across the road was very handy.

Cons:

The northwest end of Shinjuku station and the area immediately around it is particularly hectic, with lots of construction and redevelopment of the station, so it's a bit intense getting in and out. I previously stayed was closer to the south west Yoyogi end and I couldn't see why people found Shinjuku station confusing - now I do. I don't think I ever exited from the same point I entered.

Je ne reviendrais plus jamais ici . Établissement exorbitant et de mauvaise qualité personnel affreu

L’emplacement

Cons:

A fuir payer 200€ minimum par nuit pour qui la réception nous donne une chambre avec balcons face a un mur et minuscule à ce marché dessus . Demande de changement personnel pas accueillant refuse tout et demande des supplément pour tout même changer d’étage malgré le prix exorbitants. Aucun sens commercial malgré une réservation de plus d’une semaine à plus de 200€ par nuit . Vraiment à fuir à ce prix là vous pouvez trouver des hôtels étoiles mieux que sa ne vaut pas son prix du tout
