Pros:

Super séjour au Ichiban Asakusa pour notre famille de 4.
Appartement quand même grand pour Tokyo.
Petite table et chaises pratiques pour le matin (et même nos premiers soirs très fatigués avec le décalage horaire).
Laveuse bien pratique et tout pour faire sécher le linge également.
Très bien situé, à distance de marche de nombreuses stations de métro, du Senso-ji et du quartier dynamique d’Asakusa, tout en étant dans une rue très très calme.

Cons:

Une légère amélioration pourrait être apportée sur la propreté, rien de majeur toutefois.

Pros:

À part l’emplacement qui était bien pour le quartier Asakusa et la proximité d’une ligne centrale de métro.

Cons:

Premièrement l’appartement ne correspond pas au photo qui sont largement enjolivé, en réalité on dirait que c’est presque un débarras avec des meubles en mauvais états. Certains meubles ne sont même pas dans l’appartement comme la table basse. Ensuite l’appartement est en mauvais état, tache sur presque tous les murs, salle de bain usagé (les portes serviettes se décollent), mauvaise odeur des les toilettes, etc. Et en plus il n’est pas propre, la cuisine est pleine de crasse, les miroirs sales, etc.

Même si c’est Tokyo, le prix abordable mais pas non plus pas cher ne justifie pas l’état du logement, allez ailleurs
