A great option if you don’t mind taking care of your the space yourself. The best thing is the room size and the locatio
Pros:

Good location only 10ish minutes to Ueno station. The main room is spacious with room for my family. There is a good sized fridge for storing food. The beds were large and comfortable. Note, the room is essentially a studio apartment so there is not staff or lobby (Not a problem for us).

Cons:

The bathroom is super small (smaller than standard hotel room bathrooms. The kitchen is not really usable for cooking (but the cups, bowels and cutlery were good to have).

it was a great Easter family trip.
Pros:

great price, location is good. taxi from Ueno is about 1000yen. there is supermarkets within walking distance. many convenience stores around.

Cons:

suggest not to contact them via Wechat, that guy was kind of rude. It is much better if you contact them via booking.com, very helpful staff.

急遽設備をそろえた感じかな？
Pros:

洗濯機があって良かったです。

Cons:

二重の断熱カーテンは付いてなく、付けてあったカーテンは開閉際に外れたりしてました。全体的にこの季節の夜には寒い感じの部屋だったので、断熱カーテンはつけたほうが良いかもです。
ガステーブルのグリルも故障みたいで、もう少し設備充実に努めて欲しいです。

Apartamento en Asakusa a menos de 20 minutos a pie del Senso-ji

La ubicación es excelente, a una distancia caminable de puntos clave como el Senso-ji o la Tokyo Skytree. El check-in y check-out es sencillo, y el encargado fue muy amable en enviarnos una indicación detallada de cómo llegar desde la estación de metro cercana, incluso con referencias fotográficas.

Peccato per la guerra in Medio Oriente...
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per essere in un quartiere di Tokyo stupendo. Comodo ai mezzi e a qualsiasi negozio per mangiare e fare shopping

객실이 생각보다 넓었고, 위치가 숙소의 위치가 그런대로 괜찬았습니다.
주변이 모두 주택가라 매우 조용합니다.
먼저 다녀간 분들의 후기가 거의 그대로 맞습니다.
후기를 좀 더 읽어보시는 것을 추천합니다.

제 경험을 기반으로 가장 공감이 됐던 말은 '딱 잠만 자기 좋습니다' 입니다.

Cons:

가스레인지 주변이 너무 지저분해서 도저히 사용할 엄두가 나지 않았습니다.
화장실이 좁기도 하지만 청소 상태도 좋지 않았습니다.
진짜 잠만 자는데 적합한 숙소 같습니다.
주변이 주택가라 매우 조용해서 좋았지만 커튼을 열자마자 보이는 안내문에 놀랄 수 밖에 없었네요.
'창문을 열고 시끄럽게 할 경우 누군가 신고할 수 있습니다.' 라고 되어 있던데 너무 조용한 것도 단점이 될 수는 있을 것 같네요.
