The room is smaller than expected , that's OK because the design is quite compact. the location is good n a few of restaurants in the neighborhood is excellent .
troublesome registration before inf could be sent n was frustrated by delay responses or automatic general responses which cannot help to trouble shoot the issue. Thr factvthztvi havecyo doend tome sevetzl times a day to check made me feel anxious unnecessarily for f⁹ of being locked out of the building n our reserved n paid room until the day before our traveling.....can't give u a better rating on this.
Also the pentry space is disappointing , not enough counter top space for placing food n fresh products n for simple preparation of meals, no use of the grill installed (a plus but can't be utilized because there is notcenough space for preparations.....
This was an excellent hotel in the cetre of Ginza. Location is it's best feature. Of course, you can expect the usual Japanese custom of looking well after the guests. We will be back!
Smaller spaces everywhere, but hey, this is Japan, can't hold it against the hotel. The hotel did well with the real estate that's available.
The location is excellent. The room is bigger than most hotels and having a washing machine is very convenient.
It would have been good to have more than 2 cups, 2 glasses and more towel. What was provided was good but bare minimum for an apartment stay.

I wish the bed were a little bigger.
Great location with close proximity to several metro stations - including Higashi Ginza which provides a direct line to Haneda airport. Also enjoyed being able to walk to the many restaurants and sake bars nearby (many of them have no online presence so you find gems by going for a stroll!); to Ginza shopping district; to the fish markets. Room was compact but big enough for a couple of nights, comfortable and with enough facilities for cooking. Check in and access was super easy.
Street noise - we stayed on a Saturday and Sunday nights and unfortunately seemed to get some fast cars on the streets nearby (which did seem unusual).

El servicio de equipaje para dejar las valijas antes de check in. Recepción muy amable y atento.
Habitación/cama muy pequeña. Durante nuestro hospedaje la habitación se sintió siempre fría y más durante la noche. Poca calefacción tanto en la habitación como en el resto del apartamento. Falta de mantas para el invierno.
Muy lejos de la estación de Tokyo y de principales atracciones.

Staff were amazing, answered all my questions and made sure the check in process was smooth despite a rough time at the airport
