Nice little studio apartment in a superb location
Pros:

Great location with close proximity to several metro stations - including Higashi Ginza which provides a direct line to Haneda airport. Also enjoyed being able to walk to the many restaurants and sake bars nearby (many of them have no online presence so you find gems by going for a stroll!); to Ginza shopping district; to the fish markets. Room was compact but big enough for a couple of nights, comfortable and with enough facilities for cooking. Check in and access was super easy.

Cons:

Street noise - we stayed on a Saturday and Sunday nights and unfortunately seemed to get some fast cars on the streets nearby (which did seem unusual).

挺满意的
Pros:

位置稍微偏一点点点，但是出行也还是很方便的，很安静房间的隔音效果蛮好的。晚上睡觉也安静附近吃饭也方便。房间比预期的要大，2个28寸箱子都能打开。

El servicio de equipaje para dejar las valijas antes de check in. Recepción muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Habitación/cama muy pequeña. Durante nuestro hospedaje la habitación se sintió siempre fría y más durante la noche. Poca calefacción tanto en la habitación como en el resto del apartamento. Falta de mantas para el invierno.

Muy lejos de la estación de Tokyo y de principales atracciones.

quiet, comfy room in ginza, close to everything but not in the middle of all the noise.

Pros:

La ubicación en plenty Ginza, es inmejorable. Muy cercana al área comercial más exclusiva de la ciudad.

Cons:

Tiene lavadora de ropa, pero no secadora. Sería aconsejable que colocaran en el balcón unas sogas para poder tender la ropa mojada

Bad service and super outdated conventional keys, and it costs a huge if you lose it. 38500 yen, so people, please be careful with the key it’s so small but very expensive

Disaster!

The location was okay.
Staff was responsive on Line but physically you can’t reach out immediately, always have to wait

Cons:

Almost everything. No front desk people there all the time, you have to update your arrival time every once a while, then when you get there still you have to try contact online and wait for a long time. In the night there is nobody around so if you need help you actually have to wait for at least an hour. They use conventional keys, have not heard any accommodation using conventional keys for so many years. Plus they insist giving you only one pair of key, which is nonsense if you are travelling two people with different scheduling. I do not recommend this accommodation and it should not be listed on booking.com with such high score

Pros:

整體空間比想像中大，雖然兩個28吋行李箱攤開後，會影響動線，但可能因為房間風格乾淨明亮，所以住了四天也不會感到很壅擠，浴室和馬桶間也比想像中寬敞，衣櫃夠大，也有附衣架，曬衣服蠻方便的，洗手台上方是個鏡櫃，可以把保養品放裡面也很不錯，床很好睡~最方便的是交通，離銀座站、東銀座站很近，在銀座逛街買完東西還可以回到住宿放東西很方便!

Cons:

房間內有個大沙發椅有點占空間，其實用不太到，最後只是被用來堆東西而已，覺得可以移除，或是換成桌椅，這樣兩人住時，兩個人都可以有位置坐著吃東西(目前只有床邊的一張桌椅可以坐)
浴室外也可以新增掛毛巾的掛勾，不然只能將毛巾掛在潮濕的浴室內，或放在洗衣機上，覺得不太方便

Acomodação e localização excepcionais
Pros:

Estava tudo perfeito. Adoramos as instalações, tudo funcionando perfeitamente bem. Localização ótima, perto das estações de metrô, a 1 min do 7 eleven, próximo de várias regiões centrais de Tóquio. Bairro elegante e silencioso. Perto da Disney Tóquio. Super indico. Voltaríamos na mesma acomodação certamente.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. Só uma observação quanto aos tapetes e quanto ao cobertor: poderiam ser lavados.
