Amazing would stay here again
Pros:

I loved that the property was close by to two train stations, and offered a quick and accessible route to Haneda Airport. The area was very spacious and we were able to fit in our large suitcases and our shopping as well. The amenities were amazing, especially the washing machine. The beds were comfy and warm.

Cons:

The property was amazing, although since it was so close by a train line you can definitely hear trains passing, from morning and night, but they stop at a certain time. The property provides earplugs which was very handy.

Pros:

Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and smooth check in process. The location is a little outside of Tokyo although this did not bother us as we were kean for the steps. Shops, restaurants 5 min walk away and if you walk 10 mins your in another little bustling city with plenty going on. Would recommend for people on a budget who like value for money, and if your more kean on the outskirts were the streets are easy to walk and not jammed with people.

Cons:

You can hear the train go past which runs very frequently. One small elevator which you have to use to go up floors as the stairs are locked off for entrance although not for exit.

Pros:

The property is clean and well managed. They also provide toiletries. There’s a washing machine and detergent soap. So no need to worry going to the laundry mat to wash your clothes.

Pros:

駅から近く、部屋も広くて綺麗だったところ。また、電車がうるさかったですが、予約のときに書いていてくれたのが良かったです。

Cons:

エアコンのリモコンのカバーと電池が無くて使えなかったのと寝室のイスが壊れてたのと最初にテレビの設定するのがちょっと難しかったところ。すのこのダブルベッドの寝心地もあまり良くなかったです。

An extremely uncomfortable stay; we couldn’t get any rest on the available beds.
Pros:

The property has a great location, close to the metro, convenience stores, and plenty of dining options. For Japan, the space is quite generous, except for the rooms, which are relatively small.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. The sheets, pillows, and mattresses were completely dirty—yellowed, smelly, and full of dust mites. Additionally, the towels provided were very small. The living room furniture was in poor condition and dirty.

Pros:

Our stay at Imprest Stay Apartment was absolutely excellent! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Keikyu Kamata Station. From there, it’s easy to travel anywhere — take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa and transfer to the Yamanote Line for direct access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku. It’s also very near Haneda Airport, only a few stops away to Kojiya Station.

The host was very friendly and kind, assisting us warmly upon arrival, and even the cleaning staff were polite and professional. As this was our first time visiting Japan, we had such a wonderful experience that we’re already planning to come back — and we will definitely choose to stay at Imprest Stay Apartment again!

Cons:

Nothing! Even though I notice people reviewing the train noise, it's acceptable for us since we're accustomed to it, living near the train station as well.

Verwaarloosd appartement en niet klant gericht personeel.
Pros:

Locatie. Wel vrij van centrum van Tokyo, maar het een goede metro verbinding. Apartement erf ruim, daarom hebben we voor de afstand gekozen

Cons:

Staat van het apartement. Allemaal mooie foto's van vele appartementen, het appartement wat wij hadden stond op de laatste foto en was echt slecht. Oude rommel, filters van de airco waren al lang niet meer schoongemaakt. Er was geen deur naar de 2de slaapkamer, maar een soort schuif gordijn. Deze was stuk, dit aangegeven bij het hotel en na veel smoesjes en onzin excusses werd er niks gerepareerd, vanwege ziek personeel. Eerst zeggen dat ze het probleem niet kunnen vinden, dan toch ineens wel... Ik moest maar begrip hebben voor het feit dat ze geen personeel haden om het te repareren. Ze hadden alles gedaan wat ze konden... Gewoon zeer klantonvriendelijk. De trein waar over gesproken wordt is inderdaad erg vervelend.
