A piscina estava em péssimo estado. Extremamente suja. E a demora no restaurante para servirem o jantar. Tivemos 1h e 40m à espera que trouxessem as entradas.
The food experience doesnt seems a 5 star experience. I felt it was so poorly made and i felt food in general for our half board experience was on budget, the bear minimum. Always maximising budget for them even if i am a customer who has experienced loads of 5 star hotels. Never will i be again there.

Achei o check out um pouco cedo(11:00) visto que o check in só foi as 16:00
Serviço de jantar e pequeno almoço, desorganizado. O serviço de jantar demorou quase 2 horas para servir o jantar, e no pequeno almoço nas horas mais complicadas era visível o stress e a desorganização dos funcionários.

Tive uma boa estadia no The Pearl Troia. O hotel atendeu meu pedido de check-in antecipado, a recepção foi gentil e o quarto é excelente: espaçoso e com uma cozinha prática que permitiu preparar uma refeição rápida.
Deixo uma crítica construtiva sobre a comunicação interna. Tentei usar o Chromecast disponível na TV, segui as instruções, mas não funcionou. Na recepção, disseram ser uma instabilidade técnica; depois, uma funcionária foi ao quarto e disse que chamaria a manutenção. Por fim, os técnicos informaram que o acesso era bloqueado deliberadamente pelo hotel. Essa inconsistência de informações foi frustrante e me impediu de aproveitar o fim de tarde como planejado. Se o serviço é bloqueado, a equipe de recepção deve estar ciente para informar o hóspede logo no primeiro contato, evitando o vai-e-vem de funcionários no quarto para um serviço que não seria habilitado de qualquer forma.

A estadia deixou muito a desejar para o tipo de hotel. O pequeno almoço não tinha muita variedade, os colaboradores não eram muito simpáticos, quando uma colaboradora tentou acelerar a entrada para o pequeno almoço foi chamada a atenção por aparentemente não ser a sua função.. o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, as almofadas nada confortáveis..
