Limpeza do quarto
A minha intenção ao reservar um quarto neste hotel foi para absoluto descanso e desta forma também usufruir da piscina e jakuzzi. Infelizmente o jakuzzi estava em manutenção e a piscina de interior não estava na temperatura que era suposta a 30° (água fria e ambiente desconfortável devido a temperatura), ainda assim me foi cobrado as toucas!
Do atendimento dos funcionários
Da piscina a água era muito fria e as máquinas do ginásio não estavam em condicoes
Conforto do quarto, entra chuva no quarto e vento como se estivéssemos na rua. Não é aceitável num hotel de 5 estrelas. Provavelmente é um excelente hotel em período de verão. No inverno e com mau tempo é de evitar.
Para quem vai de férias com os filhos, não têm uma única atividade para as crianças.
O pequeno almoço e as piscinas
As recepcionistas não eram muito simpáticas, no sentido não muito acolhedoras ainda mais por um hotel de 5 estrelas.
O restaurante do hotel péssimo!! Comida fria servida em 2 minutos e muito caro e porções minúsculas para o preço!! Não comam o bacalhau a bras, servido com uma substância preta por cima ( tipo carvão), horrível!
Estabelecimento em muito mau estado.
O parque subterrâneo do hotel é pago, e para sair a barreira nao levantava e fomos reclamar na recepção e ainda fomos nos que tivemos de telefonar para o segurança para abrir… vergonhoso os clientes e que tem que resolver essas situações… porque as recepcionistas nem isso ajudaram…
O pequeno almoço era ótimo muita escolha.
A limpeza era mais ou menos, jardim da piscina para um hotel/ apartamento 5 estrelas estava em péssimo estado, jacuzzi não estava disponível.
O conforto das camas nao era dos melhores, colochão. muito duro
Desiludiu me bastante a minha estadia neste sítio.

Not even remotely close to 5*, I’d even argue for 3*
1 functional tiny elevator for 15 floors, we had to wait for 5-10 minutes every time.
Nearest beach is at least 20 minutes walk, if you are carrying bags, kids, stroller or other belongings - closer to 30 minutes.
Outdoor pool is good, but also too small for the size of the hotel.
Restaurant service is unbelievably slow, 40-50 minutes for a simple sandwich.
No vegetables for breakfast whatsoever. Not a single one.
Poor internet.
Da espera para tomar o pequeno almoço, todos os dias uma fila enorme, falta de organização.
Zimmer und Ausschicht wie auch das Morgen Buffet waren super. Ich kann die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen
Ein etwas weiter Weg bis zum Strand / schlechte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gerade was Lebensmittel betrifft. Ein kleiner Laden mit überteuerten Preisen.
