Relaxante e tranquila
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era fantástico. Bem organizado e com produtos frescos. O quarto era espaçoso e com boa vista

Cons:

Do pouco estacionamento grátis.
E do facto de não haver sitios para jantar em Troia. Apenas 1 supermercado que fechou às 18h e com preços inflacionados. Não ha comercio

Limpeza do quarto

Cons:

A minha intenção ao reservar um quarto neste hotel foi para absoluto descanso e desta forma também usufruir da piscina e jakuzzi. Infelizmente o jakuzzi estava em manutenção e a piscina de interior não estava na temperatura que era suposta a 30° (água fria e ambiente desconfortável devido a temperatura), ainda assim me foi cobrado as toucas!

Cons:

Conforto do quarto, entra chuva no quarto e vento como se estivéssemos na rua. Não é aceitável num hotel de 5 estrelas. Provavelmente é um excelente hotel em período de verão. No inverno e com mau tempo é de evitar.
Para quem vai de férias com os filhos, não têm uma única atividade para as crianças.
