Difícil classificar 5* quando só o pessoal é atendimento foi realmente muito bom

Inexplicável a qualidade do atendimento, em TODOS os pontos de contacto.

Piscina exterior fechada. Jacuzzi fechado.
Proteção de fios no corredor num estado perigoso

Pros:

Há entrada do hotel tinha um cheirinho maravilhoso. Empregados simpáticos e quarto espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

A meia pensão deixou muito a desejar, pequeno almoço até foi razoável. Mas o jantar foi péssimo! Tivemos praticamente 1h40 minutos á espera do nosso jantar e quando veio bife duro batatas congeladas duras também. Enfim não compensa comer nesse hotel.

Foi um fim de semana de descanso em família num local muito acolhedor.
Pros:

Somos uma família grande, achamos o apartamento ótimo, confortável e super limpo. Perto do supermercado que dá muito jeito.
E a uma distância razoável da praia.

Cons:

Marcamos porque tinha piscina interior e exterior e quando chegamos para fazer check-in fomos informados que a piscina exterior não estava a funcionar.
Não tivemos acesso a essa informação em nenhum lugar.
Como temos crianças pequenas e queríamos descansar a piscina exterior era um ponto importante para nós.
Por isso sugerimos que tenham essa informação disponível e visível.
Outra sugestão: o apartamento está super bem equipado se acrescentarem uma torradeira fica ainda melhor.

Totally recomend
Pros:

Nice apartment with a stunning view and an incredible breakfast! The location is excellent, whthin walking distance of the beach.

Cons:

Maybe a bit too much chlorine in the indoor pool. The air conditioning wasn’t working, but I think it was just a one-off issue, and by opening the windows it aired it out well, so no big problem for us

Falta de insonorização dos quartos e corredores. Colchão mole. Zona do spa não estava em funcionamento, só a piscina interior.

El desayuno fue una gran sorpresa, no esperábamos mucho pero estaba muy bien.
