Pros:

Gostei muito das diversas prestações dos vários funcionários na recepção, no bar, no servico de pequeno almoço , nos serviços de limpeza! Excelentes profissionais e muito simpáticos.

Cons:

Embora perceba a necessidade de se evitar o uso de muitas embalagens e o desperdício de detergentes, achei que faltava um dispensador de sabão líquido junto ao lavatório das mãos na casa de banho.

Fraca manutenção do hotel. A elevada e descontrolada quantidade de cloro da piscina interior impossibilitavam a utilização do espaço.

Cons:

Tenía media pensión y la cenac resultó bastante caótica, no nos informaron que no había buffet en el hotel y que había que ir a otro, al llegar allí tardamos bastante en que supieran lo que nos pasaban. nos dijeron en principio que era un tema puntual y luego resultó que directamente era así siempre.

Pros:

Localização óptima e funcionários bastante amáveis.

Cons:

Para 5 estrelas, terá que melhorar muito! Até os corredores se encontravam danificados! Má aparência!
Em momento algum na reserva, está mencionado que as bebidas será à parte! Lamentável o jantar ser diferenciado dos restantes clientes, seria conveniente ajustarem os preços se necessário e não ser desagradável esta separação!

Pros:

Ubicación excelente dentro de la península de Troia. Tamaño de la habitación también excelente con una cocina totalmente equipada y un sofá cama cómodo para los niños. Baño también grande y dos balcones con vistas al mar.

Cons:

Lo pero del establecimiento fue el tema de los ascensores., Hay dos para todo el hotel (incluido el servicio) por lo que se forman bastantes colas teniendo en cuenta que tiene 16 plantas. Otro punto fue las colas del desayuno aunque fue algo puntual.
