Great house manager but I'm sure he was limited in what he could do.

Cons:

Old carpets, old towels - one ripped in half when trying to dry, lack of tissue - suggest bringing your own soap and shampoo.

Horrible place, only redeemed by the very helpful receptionist.
Pros:

Excellent receptionist, very helpful and always available.
Also spacious room.

Cons:

The bathroom was ridiculous, the toilet barely flushed, and the place suffers from mould.

Sweet in Al Ula is not as sweet as its mentioned

Nothing much I liked

Cons:

It's a house not hotel.

Rooms are big

Toilet needs some work

Just a room and that's all. We requested the person to help with heating some food in microwave. The inn keeper refused saying we should have taken room with kitchen. He refused to give a plate or a bowl.

Note. It's two storied house and for people who have challenges with mobility please be aware of it.

Cons:

The shower was awful and didn’t work well. I found one cockroach in the room. They didn’t take card and they didn’t have water the last time I asked.

They don’t communicate properly, say one thing and then say another.
