Good location in Kleipeda
Pros:

Good location and with a car park on the back of the house. Very clean apartment. Has basic kitchen utensils, a washing machine, fridge and kettle.Quiet and calm neighborhood.

Cons:

Host was not very communicative to my messages, but did share details of check in on time. The bed was very uncomfortable and really need a new mattress. Theres a few things that are missing in the kitchen, only 1 wine glass, some drawers were removed but 2 screws are left behind. No curtain in the living room/kitchen.

Pros:

Le logement est agreable et bien décorer. Le personnel est très aimable , je suis arrivé deux heures en avance et j'ai pu laissé ma valise dans le logement en attendant que le logement soit prêt et nettoyé . Bien pratique. Il y a des bus à 5 min à pied qui emmène à la gare.

Pas de micro ondes dans le logement et la tv ne fonctionnais pas

Great for a reset, laundry completed in 2 hours ncluding drying.
Pros:

We were 4 days into our journey. This stop we managed a reset. Laundry facilities fantastic. Wash and dry in 2 hours. Cooking facilities and fridge🙂.
Easy to find and speedy checkin. Communications great.

Cons:

Noisy neighbours at 4am. Faulty light that switched on and off during dark hours. All easily managed with eye mask and ear plugs...be prepared.

Big screen TV with Netflix, location, free parking next to the apartment

Cons:

Looks like a trap house from the outside and does not disappiont in the inside. Have no idea how this joke managed to get and maintain such high rating, because this is definitely below par. Photos are deceiving and are obviosly enhanced. Booking should enforce mandatory requirement to put photos of the building from the outside on top, that should automatically fix half of the problems, because in this current case you are greeted with misleading photos of the rooms and than somewhere is the middle there are few pictures of the building from the outside. Most people would not eaven scroll that far like myself unfortunately. Would not have booked this if I had originally seen the building from the outside. Everything is worn out except home appliances. Bed and matrasses - completely worn out. Holes in the wall. Sound insulation - non existent. Sewer riser runs right down the wall of child bedroom. You can literally hear each time upper floor inhabitants flush down toilet. The hot water boiler is placed in the living room kitchen area, is annoyingly liae and hooked up also to other apartments so that you can enjoy they sound insulation late night or early morning when the neighbours are taking a shower. Do not recommend at all.

Good location, comfortable stay for Klaipeda
Pros:

Location was perfect for what we needed and within 15mins walking distance of old town. Exposed bricks add a lot of character.

Cons:

What were missing were a electrical socket and a light near the bed - I know it was the same in other apartments where my friends stayed too.

Cons:

Kaip ištaigingiems apartamentams trūko tvarkingos dušo kabinos( sulūžusios durelės ir dušas). Dar būtų smagu jei prie arbatos pakelių būtų dar ir kava.

Pros:

Больше всего понравилось расположение: в пешей доступности старая часть города, никуда не нужно ехать. Аутентичное кирпичное здание. Достаточно чисто. Есть собственный дворик со стоянкой для автомобилей.

Cons:

Во-первых, очень сложно коммуницировать с отелем, приходилось звонить, не поднимали. В итоге, решив один вопрос, у нас возник второй, который был проигнорирован.
Во-вторых, кровать находится на втором ярусе, но об этом не было нигде написано. А к ней вела не самая удобная лестница – приложу фотографию лестницы.
В-третьих, над кроватью потолок обит каким-то мягким поролоном, который точно следует заменить, он весь уже истыкан, а также сыпется. И спать под таким потолком (особенно, когда он в 40-50 см от тебя) не очень хочется. Опять же приложу фотографию.
В-четвертых, и, по-моему, самое странное – в соседнем номере/помещении отеля шёл какой-то праздник до 03:00 ночи! Я вернулся в номер в 02:00 ночи, и час не мог нормально уснуть. Через стену была слышна музыка и голоса. Честно, я был очень уставшим и не хотел ругаться ни с кем – но такого отношения со стороны отеля я никогда не видел, поскольку сон – главное, чего я жду от отеля. И я считаю, что о таком должны предупреждать, потому что если бы я знал раньше, то выбрал бы другое место.
И последний пункт. Из-за праздника, во дворике была куча автомобилей. Я уже не говорю о том, что из-за этого не смог поставить автомобиль под окнами. Машины, которые были во дворике, не выключали двигатели – стоял шум двигателей. А мой номер выходил окнами внутрь дворика, так у меня ещё и был нулевой этаж, поэтому вся гарь от авто через приоткрытые окна шла ко мне в номер.

Decoração, banho, limpeza e ter onde estacionar o carro.

Cons:

A cama do primeiro quarto era ruim, fazia um buraco no meio.
Havia máquina de lavar roupa no apartamento, não conseguimos ligar apesar de ser igual a nossa, mandamos mensagem para o anfitrião por aqui e pelo WhatsApp, mas não nos respondeu.
Isso apesar de ter nos enviado mensagem dizendo para dizer se precisasse de algo, ou seja, mensagem automática.

Apartamentai švarūs, tvarkingi, labai patogi automobilių aikštelė. Viduje visko, ko reikia,. Pastatas senovinis su nuostabiais išlikusiais senais laiptais. Sugrįšiu :)

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Leider bekamen wir nicht das gewünschte Appartement. Das neue Appartement sah von aussen schrecklich aus, jedoch das Zimmer selber war sehr schön.
