the location was good

Cons:

there is an English man who works there who is the most ignorant man I have ever met. he litterly shouts at guests. none of the advertised facility's, bar, restaurant pool spa were open, and when we asked we got abuse from the English man and told we were stupid and to see booking.com, a few of the staff were helpful, most just didn't care. the place was deserted, I only saw 2 other guests when we were there, I think some of the rooms had local people living there full time

Great stay, great host
Pros:

All over it was really great. Especially the host. Our friend had an accident during skiing and he gave us temporary his crochets. Very nice!

Cons:

The sheets didn’t fit the bed. Plugs hanging off the wall. Stained rug. No seating area on balcony. Dusty and someone else’s sock left under bed. No one there on arrival

A lovely aparthotel with an amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Pros:

The aspen is a perfect location, in the heart on bansko resort. It was everything we needed

Cons:

The only issue (which didn’t affect us but did our friends in the other apartment) there was no facilities to cook, no microwave and no saucepans or kitchen utensils.

Pros:

Underground parking is good for lower cars, and it was spacious. The location is really close to the Gondolla and to the main street. 2 bedroom apartment was very big and with 1 bathroom and also another toilet. The only person who I could see and talk to was the security guard, but he was the nicest guy, super friendly. The pool water was warm.. Sauna is also nice.

Cons:

There was a smell of mold in the stairs area. The pool looked dirty, and the whole SPA looked like it was abandoned, just like some other parts in the hotel. Breakfast starts at 8.00, so if you are skiing, keep that in mind (the security guard, though, did talk to someone to prepare our breakfast earlier). Only Sauna was working and that is after 14:00 o'clock. Steam room was not working (maybe you need to request for it to be prepared also). One of the sofas in our apartment was broken, and sitting on it was very uncomfortable. There were no kitchen utensils except a few glasses and a frying pan. But in the end , you get what you pay for. It was very cheap for 3 days stay.
