Great find at a good price
Pros:

Ideal location for our purposes as well as being next-door to a super market and across from a bakery.

Cons:

There are no staff and for some reason we were required to pay an extra €7 before we were given the access code to get in. After a very long drive we could have done without that.

Timing management is not well and amenities are not satisfying.
Pros:

Room was fine enough for 2 person .

Cons:

amenities inside wasn't that helpful.
Refrigerator was smelling bad. Bathroom towels were not that clean could smell it bad. Parking was not available when we arrived. Room was not ready when on arrival at 5:50pm and we had to spend 2 hrs just because room was not ready.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung war soweit in Ordnung

Cons:

Wir haben das Quartier aufgrund der Barrierefreiheit gebucht, da ich momentan krankheitsbedingt schlecht Treppen steigen kann.
Dort angekommen, stellen wir fest, dass der Fahrstuhl keine Funktion hatte.
Daher müsste ich mich 3 Treppen hinauf und wieder Hinunterschleppen.
Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch nur für 1/3 der Zimmer.
Daher müssten wir weiter weg parken.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Wie das Zimmer aufgeteilt war, könnte man nicht besser machen.
Man hat sofort gemerkt das einfach alles von guter Qualität war, da hat sich jemand echt Mühe gegeben großes Lob.

Cons:

Ich finde nichts was ich kritisieren könnte, das Parkinson war ein bisschen eng aber das war jetzt mit ganz großer Lupe

Der Aufzug war defekt, das Zimmer war nur für 1 Person vorbereitet,
Zweckmäßig spartanisch eingerichtet.

Fairway weiß, wie modernes Reisen geht!
Pros:

Ich muss an dieser Stelle wirklich ein großes Lob aussprechen. Genau so stellt man sich zeitgemäßes Reisen vor. Modern ausgestattet, gemütlich und in super Lage. Eine eigene App gestaltet die Anreise so angenehm, wie ich es selten erlebt habe. Ich bin wirklich begeistert, wie gut das funktioniert hat. Vor der Anreise habe ich einen Link auf mein Smartphone bekommen und konnte dann einfach einchecken, wann es mir gepasst hat. Danach waren alle wichtigen Informationen (Zugangscodes, WLAN-Passwort etc.) sofort auf einen Blick verfügbar.

Ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts war der Bürgerpark in Bremen. Ohne die Empfehlung aus der App hätte ich diesen vermutlich nicht entdeckt. Danke dafür! Der Wintergarten eignet sich gut, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen oder um in den Tag zu starten.

Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Reiseerlebnis. Fairway hat verstanden, wie modernes Reisen geht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schmutzig, der Aufzug kaputt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, aber es gab nur ein Einzelbett und eine Matratze lag einfach auf dem Zwischengeschoss, sodass ich auf dem Sofa schlafen musste. Niemand kümmerte sich um meine Anliegen. Und nachts war es unerträglich laut.
