الإستقبال اللي أيمه محمد غير متعاون وشكله نفسيه مرره …

You get what you pay for, but I believe this place has bigger potential
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious.

The AC cools very well, as if you were in the North Pole.

The beds were very good, honestly.

It's a good place to sleep only, but not to do anything else, as it's not meant for people with business trips.

At the end, "You get what you pay for", but I believe this place has bigger potential given the excellent location, but also only if they work on improving their service and quality.

Cons:

The hotel is old and not well-maintained.

The service was below average; we got one towel in the bathroom.

The water pressure wasn't enough to take a proper shower.

We booked a 2-bedroom suite that accommodates 5 people, but we only got 2 small bottles of water.

The receptionist wasn't welcoming or cooperative. I only got one copy of the access key, even though there were 5 of us in the room.

There weren't enough sockets, and they were mostly positioned high near the light switches.
