حسن الاستقبال ورحابة صدورهم وتعاملهم الفوق ممتاز والخدمات اللي يوفرونها وسرعة تجاوبهم الممتازه والطاقم كامل روحه حلوه ولاغلطه يشكرون على التعامل وللاسف ماصورت لكن حرفيا اول فندق اشوف نفس الصور عالواقع ونفس النظافه بالصور عالواقع والترتيب والخدمات

أما الضيافة فكانت راقية وتعكس احترافية حقيقية في التعامل مع النزلاء. وأخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال، الذي كان مثالًا للرقي واللباقة، حيث جعل تجربة الوصول والمغادرة سهلة ومريحة، وكأنك تتعامل مع فندق خمس نجوم بكل تفاصيله.
