Mucho ruido, al sofá cama le falta un colchón, faltaban las fundas de dos almohadas, vajilla incompleta para las 4 personas que estábamos.

Pros:

Todo muy limpio, cómodo, moderno y con los detalles que te hacen sentirte como en tu casa. Ubicación excelente, y atención telefónica precisa y eficiente.

Cons:

Deberían avisar mejor de cómo conseguir el descuento completo, antes de llegar. No se explicó correctamente, ya que para que la tarifa de 13€ se aplicase, al menos entrar al parking hay que entrar pasndo la app del teléfono, no cogiendo el tiquet.

Buen alojamiento para visitar Gijón.
Pros:

Apartamento muy acogedor, y muy bien situado. Con parking al lado para dejar el coche, te dejan un vale de descuento para ese parking, todo un detalle.

Cons:

Cuando vas 3 personas, hay que abrir el sofá cama todos los días y poner las sábanas y mantas.

La ubicación era perfecta

Cons:

La calefacción no funcionaba bien, los radiadores sonaban constantemente, los enchufes algunos no funcionaban, no estaban bien colocados y se caian, el lavabo estaba atascado.
Se alquiló para cuatro personas, y el sofá cama que había era muy incomodo.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, muy cerca del centro a pie y al lado de la playa.
Se encuentra en una calle bastante tranquila, apenas hay ruido por la noche.
Instalaciones limpias, cocina bien equipada.

Cons:

Quizá la única pega es que tiene poca luz
