Thoroughly enjoyable. All staff were helpful and engaging.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Easy access to lifts, buses, and ski hire. Only a short walk to restaurants and town.

Perfect location with great staff who looked after us, would definitely re-book again!
Pros:

Really close to the ski lifts, only a short walk in the morning to either the lifts or free shuttle bus stop to the other ski fields in the area. Supermarket run to get supplies in the afternoon or a lift to dinner by the staff was great,

Pros:

The staff were awesome! Pick up and drop off from bus or train, daily trips to the supermarket, and help with snowboard delivery to the airport. I was expecting the apartment to be smallish but they had very large living areas and fit out well.
Walk to happo lift or free shuttles from Rhythm which is a short walk. (There is a shortcut compared to Google maps).

Cons:

No probs! Being picky the main part of town is a decent walk.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable and staff were lovely. Very helpful.

Great location, easy walk to slopes, restaurants, etc. The staff were fabulous. Apartment had everything we needed. Google translate made it easier 😅

Definitely recommend heading to Rhthym for your coffee hit.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Great, spacious apartment with lots of relax room. Good location close to Evergreen ski school and Happo One lifts. Exceptional staff - they went out of their way to help with everything!

Cons:

A little bit of a distance from main eating areas so needed taxi for later in the evening.

Staff were great, the unit was modern and clean and the price was spot on.
Pros:

The location is very nice and is in a wooded area. There is a ski rental shop and some restaurants close by.

Cons:

It was a little bit further from the slopes than we thought.....but was still close.

Great stay in Hakuba
Pros:

Our family of four recently stayed at The Seasons Apartments in Hakuba for 6 nights, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff (Alex, Emma, Will and the rest of the crew) went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to assist with anything we needed – from restaurant recommendations to transportation.
The apartment itself was perfect for our family – comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a snow trip. The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to the slopes (although we did appreciate the lift in), and close to Rhythm & The Pub/Surrounding restuarants,
The facilities were top-notch. The heated floors were a real treat after a long day on the mountain, and the kitchen was handy
Overall, we highly recommend The Seasons Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hakuba.
