اول شي الاستقبال سيي جداً وفوق ذا النظافه سيئه دخلنا حصلنا ع المفرش دم وفوق ذا الهندي زعلان غيرو لنا الغرفه وكاتبين شامل الفطور وعبالي بوفيه كالمعتاد يقول لا الساعه 8:30 والفطور فطيره بيض فقط !!!!
سلامات بالبوكنق المبلغ 177 شامل الافطار لما وصلت قالوا لا ب 209 يلا بسيطه لكن لا فطور ولا نظافه ولا استقبال سيي جداً غير صوت المكيف

حجزت وعند وصولي لم أجد موقف لزحمة الموقع وعند وصولي للاستقبال وجدت موظف غير مبالي وأفادني بأن الجهاز متعطل ولايقدر الوصول لمعلومات الحجز وكانت رايحة المكان سيئه وبعد انتظاري نادى الموظف أحد العمالة وقال اذهب به لرؤية الشقة وعند دخولي رأيت الأثاث متهالك والغرفة غير نظيفة ورايحتها سيئة ألغيت الحجز وخرجت

Bad and sad stay

Nothing, poor service

Cons:

Very poor service, they charged me for the BREAKFAST for three people, then they say breakfast is only after 8 in the morning, while I have to be in the airport at 7 am, all hotels and respected staff will serve breakfast from 6 am as in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha, I complain to BOOKING.COM unfortunately no response from anyone, I will consider to delete my account in this useless application, I need a refund immediately for they breakfast that never served.
