La habitación me gustó

Cons:

Desde que llegamos nos querían quitar del estacionamiento porque era para clientes del hotel pero apenas iba a llegar a mi reserva, te cobran $1000 pesos de garantía al llegar ...te leen el reglamento y te piden tu INE. Los costos exagerados si ensucias algo y también las reglas exagerados ... Agua de la alberca fría . Nunca los limpiaron la habitación los días que me hospede . Pero al final dijeron que dejáramos la habitación limpia.. en mi opinión costo y beneficio no vuelvo a ir. Encontré otros hoteles más bonitos y sin tantas exigencias al mismo costo , lo malo que ya se había pagado con tarjeta desde antes , si no me hubiera ido a hospedar a otro lugar , cabe mencionar que nunca estube mucho tiempo en el hotel solo para dormir y bañarnos

Comfortable but pool water cold, no one use it.

All clean and safety rules to follow.

Cons:

Comfortable but the swimming pool was too cold water. I was there for three days and two nights and the las day I try and I couldn’t handle the cold water.

Pros:

Small and new with spacious suite.

Cons:

Television cable never worked. Wifi was non existent for days. Pool was never cleaned for the 12 days we were there. Pool heat was turned off most of the time. No safe in the room made us feel very uneasy. Price was very lofty on booking. Com. That's about it. Might wanna up their game a wee bit.

Wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Nice pool, close to the beach

Cons:

Had to ask for pure water to drink, a coffee maker and micro wave. Room wasn’t cleaned or beds changed. Bedroom “window” opened to dirty empty cavern 2 ft from a wall. ugly and a security risk.
