موظف الاستقبال محمد لطفي كان متعاون و متفهم و لبق .
الاقامة بشكل عام كانت ممتازة

Cons:

احد الموظفين كان غير متعاون واضاع علي ساعة من البحث عن مكان الفندق بسبب عدم سماعه ل طلبي وعدم التأكد من صحة الحجز .
وانحلت المشكلة بفضل الله ثم الأخ محد لطفي الرائع
