This is our second time staying in the same room. We had a pleasant stay.
Cons:

The bathroom wash basin is clogged and its lower cabinet doors need to fix. Kitchen sink water tap loose.

Do not book - Host neglects the apartment
Pros:

Pool is nice, washing machine in apartment.

Cons:

See photos: The apartment is in a state of decay. Bathroom is full of mold on the shower, the wall, the sink, the door, and the ceiling. The bathroom cabinet is missing a door. The walls in de apartment are dirty and need a good cleaning and some paint. The water filter is in shambles under the sink. Beds are uncomfortable. As a cherry on top of the cake, the AC cannot be switched on because it leaks a lot of water, including on the bed. Besides, it is also moldy. Host refuses to communicate about the problems. They clearly want to make money first and be a host second. The building itself is located in some failed neighborhood. An additional 20MYR is charged on top of the rate.
Steer clear of this place.

Overall the property is well maintained. Comfortable stay except the eerie sound cause by the strong wind blowing during

The unit is very comfy and tidy, value for money. All the basic necessities are provided. The lobby of the serviced apartment looks very premium.

Cons:

The toilet is a bit rundown, especially the cabinet of the washing basin - the door is damaged already. Should repair it.
