Excellent villa! The host Selami is a very lovely man who will make your stay the best it can be. He is incredibly accommodating, communication was great and he was onsite and very eager to fix any minor issues. The villa is very comfortable, a home away from home. Pool and outside area is perfect, enough sunbeds for the whole family and very clean! Beds are really comfortable, there's a balcony and bathroom off every bedroom! Kitchen was really well equipped, we cooked some lovely meals. We had a lovely stay, we will definitely return!
No complaints! I would just advise people to take cash to pay for the villa, he doesn't have a machine to accept card. It wasn't a problem, we just drew money out over a few days. But booking.com says you can pay by card at the property and you can't. Also the address is wrong. Google maps hatice sultan villa instead of using the address on booking.com.
The host was very helpful and allowed us to pay in our home currency, though be aware that if you are not paying in euros that it can cause some confusion with the cost of the villa. The property was cleaned to a very high standard and the facilities inside were excellent. Each room had its own little balcony that was great for drying clothes.
The way the property is listed we were lead to believe we would have two pools in the property including the large pool at the bottom. The two top villas, of which we were one, only had access to the small balcony pool which is only a m deep or so. So be aware before booking if you are in one of the lower villas with access to the large pools as we were not. Also be aware that the host lives on site and whilst this can have benefits if you encounter any issues, for us having the host regularly texting and knocking on the door. Also be aware that with the top apartments in order for them to clean the pool this required access through the whole villa which was not ideal for us as we had to ensure we were present in the property, to which the person responsible for cleaning the pool on two days did not show.
Amazing pool(water was perfect temperature)comfortable beds, proximity to the town and supermarkets (although very uphill but cheap from the town via taxi), very nice host that was in contact with us throughout the stay

The room was clean, had big bathroom and the host met us personally.
The room had window almoat on the ceiling, impossible to feel or see anything. Leaving the room, whole residence had no view, all the gates blocked and was only for highly paid suites. Good value for just arriving late and sleep.
