Pros:

The Staff were excellent, they were all very pleasant and helpful. It is the only reason I’m giving this place a score

Cons:

The place was dark and dingy and did not live up to expectations. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Es wurde trotzt Nachfrage und Zusage nicht geputzt.
Frische Handtücher nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage.
Es gab entgegen der Beschreibung keinen Backofen und keine Kochutensilien.
Auch auf Nachfrage gab es keine Lösung.

Als Appartement zur Selbstversorgung leider vollkommen unbrauchbar.

Location and staff.

Cons:

Bed sheets were covered in brown bits of 'dirt' so we slept on the sofa under our own towels as we arrived at almost midnight. If arrived earlier my partner would have booked another hotel straight away. In the light of day the room was bearable so we stayed for the 2 days as planned.

لايوجد مواقف خاصه للفندق الحمام الشاور السماعه في الأرض لايوجد لها مقبض علي الحيط مجاري المغسله والشاور للاستحمام لاتسحب الماء بسرعه إذا اغتسلت لليد الماء يوقف في المغسله للفتره طويله وتم إبلاغ الاستقبال عدم المبالاة والتلفزيون لا يوجد اي قناة ولايوجد اي خدمة نظافة وايضاً الإنارة حيل ضعيفه وموظف الاستقبال الفتره المسائيه غير ودود وايضا لايوجد أكواب والصحن متسخ ولايوجد كلينكس للحمام ولايوجد شامبو الصابون وبشكل عام سئ

Totally disgraceful. Avoid if you want to enjoy your stay in Marakech.
Pros:

Nothing was likeable here.

Cons:

Everything. Nothing worked. A/C didn't work, doors to the room doesn't close (almost died of cold the first couple nights and had to run off and get a proper hotel room), balcony was dirty, I had to buy toiletries cos the toilet came empty. Even breakfast was nonexistent - 1 croissant with a small glass of juice and that's it. Important to note that I was charged more than £20 per day of breakfast for this disgrace.

Beautiful City with Lots of Construction!
Pros:

The location was great with easy access to the Medina and the newer parts of the city. The space was large so we could "do our own thing" without disturbing each other. Also, the kitchen availability allowed me to make my own black tea, something sadly lacking in Morocco.

Although a little shabby, the apartment was comfortable. The elevator was good and fast.

Bus access is yet to be tested, but looks to be good and inexpensive between here and the airport. We were able to walk from the train station.

Cons:

It was difficult to find a good breakfast alternative to the restaurant in the building.

There was quite a bit of street noise, likely to be expected given the popular location.
