This hotel was very bed,because the house not hot water and WiFi password, I will try contact phone and email or message, all they don’t give me back.
There is no water in the shower head.
Near airport and convenience stores.
Late check in. The agent did not replied to calls and messages. Cockroaches everywhere. Bad smell.

its a nice location with a nice view
the airco was able to cool down everything well
The owner is friendly and tries to help when you need something (the reason I still give it a 4)
- An Amani Grand resort staff member spreading lies about me to my female visitors, I had to confront him
A "big" man who couldnt control his envy, extremly unprofessional
- The airco in the room is very noisy and made it hard to fall asleep with the airco on
- this room is more noise than other rooms even without the airco on, ive been in Amani before
- The faucet in the kitchen is loose, wobbles
- There is no hood when you cook, the whole place smells like food for a while after cooking
- Curtains dont stop all the light in the morning, too sheer

DON’T BOOK!!! NOTHING! I’VE BEEN SCAMMED! IT WAS CONFIRMED AND PAID BUT THE PLACE WAS ALREADY TAKEN! WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE OWNER THROUGH SEVERAL WAYS , MULTIPLE TIMES - NO REPLY!

Ania Condo Stay.
Almost impossible to find the place, not one single sign anywhere, took me long time and many questions before I found the place.
Big room, 1 double bed and one single bed, you can easily stay 34 people her and it´s very cheap. It has a very small balcony but very airy and a good view. TV and Aircon works good, waterbolier as well.
But the rest was not so good:
towels very bad quality and small
blankest very thin and small
almost no cuttlery
3 cups and 2 glasses
bathroom dirty
walls dirty
floor dirty
fassets and drains disgusting
The whole place needs a total refreshing, its nor nice and clean, I´m not picky but this was not good. Cleaning is bad, spots and dirty both on floor and walls. Clean, shine and paint the place and it will be a boost for the hole flat, basically it´s a good nice place but need some sweet hands for taking the next step, level up everything and I´ll be back.

we showed up at the apartment and was told that they’re fully booked, we showed up at night and was trying to get a 2-hour sleep before our next flight, we brought our heavy bags with us. they could’ve just told us that they have no rooms available ahead of time. so much time wasted, so much inconvenience. and they want me to contact booking.com for the refund.
The room is clean. near only in the airport.

the hallways are creepy, like there are no other guests. looks old. the room is spacious. i chose this accomodation coz the photos in the website are really nice. but in reality, they are already old
