Great security

Cons:

Response time of owner was more than an hour or so
i.e.concerns about shower pressure and toilet not flushing well, which were fully resolved and addressed when he did respond.

Thankful that Response time was fast @3am when I was ready to check out and leave for the airport and I requested for a walk through

Pros:

The room was so clean and refreshing .The bed was tidy also the place are so accomodating .

Cons:

The 2 bins one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen ,Should have extra plastic .However apart from those everything was so excellent .

Cozy and Comfortable
Pros:

This place is very clean, cozy and quiet. It isn't far from SM Fairview should you want to go shopping or dine out. The hosts are very responsive and easy fo talk with. This will probably be my go-to place here in Fairview.

Cons:

I would have liked to have had a hairdryer.

Pros:

Great location, safe, very clean ,friendly staff and operators. Very close to SM Fairview so good for shopping too
