The whole place

Trying to get a key or access to the room was frustrating. Seams that the room I was supposed to have ,they didn't want to come with a key so they found a different one that had a combination lock on the door. I never got a key card for elevator use so I had to walk stairs. The room was horrible condition and I was afraid to turn off the lights as there was so many cockroaches everywhere.

EVERYTHING IN THIS UNIT IS DISGUSTING! THE WATER LEAKS IN ALMOST THE ENTIRE ROOM, It WAS SO UNSAFE AND THE UNIT OWNER DIDN'T BOTHER TO CALL. HER BATHROOM IS STINKY AND WHAT YOU SEE IN HER PHOTOS IS NOT THE SAME- SHE IS MISLEADING HER CLIENT. I WANTED TO CANCEL BUT SHE SAID I WILL PAY THE CANCELATION FEE. I CHECKED IN AT 3AM (attended a funeral service of my aunt in the area) AND THE ELECTRICITY WENT OUT AT 6AM, I INFORMED HER AND SHE EVEN ACCUSED ME OF TURNING IT OFF JUST TO GET RID OF WHAT? I PAID IN FULL BUT I FELT SHE SCAMMED ME FOR THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOKED THIS PROPERTY AND BOOKING.COM HAS TO INVESTIGATE, I HAVE ALL THE PROOF OF THE WHOLE UNIT, OUR CONVERSATION, AND THE THREAT SHE SENT ME. PLS INVESTIGATE - UNSAFE AND DISGUSTING.

It not good for staycation

Everthing in the room not comfortable at all everrhing is not working well

The worst was the cocroach (Ipis) infestation. It was everywhere is in the toilet (CR) shower. There was broken down discussed refrigerator and aircon unit stored in the corner of the room. The microwave turned on but it was heating up. The cocroaches were getting inside it. The toilet will not flush effectively, apparently toilet paper is not allowed to be used as it will block the toilet completely, I wasn't warned about. The mattress is old and stained, hard coil springs against your body. The shower floor was dirty, I found a used condom behind the bin under the wash hand basin. There was no bathroom mirror or any mirror anywhere in the room. The weirdest thing is the power would go out but only localized in the room while the building and the other rooms will still have power. The circuit board breaker would be normal, not tripped. This happened daily and power would come back all a sudden after an hour or at times longer. I can't get my mind around it.

the room has malfunctiond fridge and malfunctioned aircon in the side kept as if the room was a store room. toilet is dirty and needs more maintenance. instead of relaxing you’ll end up being frustrated as to why this kind of property is in booking .com. room pictures posted is different from what u will get upon check in.

Cleanliness

Verybad experienced in Graceys Place Deca Mall Vitas. The room is dirty. (There's no bin in the room and cr) Some appliances is not working esp. microwave!(its important). Fridge is not well cleaned.. (There was cockroaches inside) Their bed and sofa is not comfortable (it's old and hard because of the spring). Everyday you will experienced the electricity always shutdown! As in brownout.(you have to call and message the care taker to pls. open). The caretaker does'nt care about your concerned after she took your payment. Hope you improve your place so that many clients will come back and stay again! 😢

No shower heater + springy matress

Wifi not working.
There is no heater.
Aircon seems busted and not working properly.
There was even a power outage.
Parking coordination was not handled properly by the host. There is a car overlappingly parked on our slot.
Bedding is not proportional to the bed frame.
There were multiple times that the elevator near our unit is not working.
