The agent Chin Vargas attitude was unacceptable because on checking the unit before moving in, i found the unit is dirty and the mattress is broken, ripped sofa, I asked if I have refund and look for another property, she said, no refund, I asked if she can choose another unit, she said no, it is the only one available, it was a shocking to me to be bullied and manipulated and robbed in the daylight. It was a miserable and a restless night because you could feel the springs of the mattress penetrates your ribs. Washing machine was out of order, the pictures displayed on Booking.com were different from the reality.Will Booking.com do something about that? Could I have a refund?
One of the guard officer told me, generally, there are good units and bad ones, so the agent chose for us the worst one I think.
