Pros:

Apartment was excellent. Couldn't be happier

Cons:

Upon arrival nobody was at the desk. Gentleman at door asked who our contact was instead of looking for our reservation. Almost 20 minutes trying to contact somebody to find out who our contact was then he finds the reservation. Not sure where the girl that supposed to be watching the desk was so I blame her not the Doorman.
