Cons:

I think i was overcharged, the rate was around 1700 , but they charged me 1900+ , it was not said on the app, the owner said that the 250 was for commission fee. Check out time was 12, someone who is there staff dropped a bag of groceries when i was asleep, it was around 11 am, also no laundry machine, i thought they had that base on the photos

Poor communication. Not correct address as to building a.b c d e got there Lindsey room balcony closed off total price was double. Just a shambles. Stay somewhere else shame on you bookings for listing these

Pros:

The place is okay and near SM MOA which is walking distance only and near convenient store which is good and has almost complete utensils.

Cons:

The in-charge isn’t that accommodating and didn’t mind to return the change of the cash payment and no response upon messaging her. Could have accommodated us better.

Bad feedback to the owner of this apartment.Very rude and arrogant. Disrespectful to the customers.
Pros:

Staff's are very good and accommodating especially Bea. They help my family transfer in the good room.

Cons:

The room that we have booked is not the one they give to us. They are putting pictures in booking.com which is not the room personally. Even the facilities is not complete, no washing machine, no microwave which is it was clearly stated when we booked that it was there.


Another thing, the owner of the apartment, the one who contacted us in booking.com after we book. She is very arrogant, she even shouted at me through phone call when I am asking her why they are giving us different room, not the one we book. I was trying to talk in a nice way but she is very rude even to my partner. She told me "waht is your problem?" In high tone and rude voice, She even told me if we want we can leave her apartment and she will return our remaining 1 night money. She is totally disrespectful and don't know how to manage and be good to her customer. I was really disappointed. Maybe all the good reviews from booking.com are because of her staffs not because of her. Coz she is totally rude and arrogant.
