We were not able to access the property. The key code did not work for us on the building outdoor entry. There was no detailed explanation on how to make the key code work. This could easily have been avoided if there had been detailed instructions of how to make the key code work. We tried so many different variations of the key code. We were only able to enter 3 numbers at a time. When we tried the 1 and paused, it called the room. When we tried 5 numbers together or 4 together it would only accept 3 numbers or it would call another room. A simple detailed explanation could have resolved this issue and we could have used the property as intended. We also were not able to contact anyone else at the property to help us. Booking.com was also not able to provide us with any more information about checking in. So we never accessed the building. And therefore never accessed the room. If the key code entry is a little more complex than a very simple key code, it MUST accompany detailed instructions, and in my case, in English. But even in Polish would have been helpful to use a translation app. With no instructions at all and with trying every type of variation possible to get it to work with no luck, it was unacceptable.
