Pros:

Гледката е много хубава. Претоплено е, но поне има регулатори на радиаторите. Матракът в спалнята беше удобен.

За целия ни престой за 1 седмица беше почистено 1 път и още 1 път изхвърлиха боклука. Предвид хигиенста не сме ползвали спа-центъра. Обзавеждането е старо, полуразбито и се наложи да викаме няколко пъти човек за оправяне на различни неща. Завивките и възглавниците са гадни. Не ни смениха кърпите нито 1 път. Има кухня, но е пригодена само за претопляне на храна. Аспираторите са декоративни. Асансьорът стига до полуетаж и се налага да слизаш или да се качваш половин етаж с багаж. Бяхме в аоартамент за трима, но третият човек спа на доста неудобен диван. Пврсоналът е доста нелюбезен.

Pleasant Mountain View apartment, ideal for family skiing trips.
Pros:

The apartment is a good size with a nice view. It has a balcony overlooking the mountains which is very pleasant. The location is great. They offer shuttle service to the ski lift at a charge of Eur 4pp.

Cons:

The kitchen could have been better. The dishwasher did not work. It switches in but an error sign kept coming on so we could not use it. There was no washing up liquid, nor a dish cloth or any drying rack for the plates which made pretty difficult to prepare meals and this was one of the main reasons which we booked this property. Some of the pots were greasy so we could not use them. There was no shower does not have the full doors. Some of the water from the shower goes straight on the floor. This was not a big deal because there was a floor drain, but I feel that with a bit of a facelift, this apartment would be so much better. We reported it to the reception who took note of the dishwasher and the shower but no one came to fix it. This is a private apartment and not part of the complex therefore you need to pay extra for the indoor swimming pool. Eur 10pp per day.

Понравился персонал - люди улыбчивые и охотно отвечают на вопросы. Ремонт старый, многое в запущенном состоянии - просто

Персонал приятный и отзывчивый, хорошее расположение отеля

Cons:

Очень старый ремонт, окна не очень хорошо закрывались, в душе не было дверцы и вода везде разбрызгивалась
