Comvenient, good value, central accommodation with great staff
Pros:

Very good communication and staff. Keen to help and support visitors. We left a couple of items on the room and they quickly let us know. They checked in with us regularly and stored our bags on the last day.

Ich war bereits zum wiederholten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wieder sehr ,sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend und sehr zentral, die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern und gepflegt. Besonders
Dank geht an Kela – die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und professionell. Gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen hat sie sofort reagiert und war äußerst hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich gut betreut. Ich komme auf jeden Fall bald wieder.

Cons:

Alles war zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Хорошо, но бывает лучше ща меньшие деньги
Pros:

Шикарное месторасположение. Есть включенное в стоимость кофе и печенька. Хороший и клиентоориентированный подход - сразу после заселения выслали гайд по городу с основными местами/ресторанами и т.д. В целом очень приятное общение. Детская кровать в наличии.

Cons:

Номер немного уставший. То есть видно, что до вас пожило много людей. Например отваливается держатель для туалетной бумаги, полка в ванной разбухла от воды и расслоилась, какие-то пятна от выгорания на полу в комнате.
Важно - ночные шторы не закрывают все окно, по этому с самого рассвета в комнате был свет и спать было не очень комфортно.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Kontakt und Informationsaustausch haben sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind wohl nicht ganz richtig eingebaut, sodass man den Eindruck hat, dass sie geöffnet seien und so der Lärm der 3 spurigen Strasse gut zu hören ist, da man sich nicht an die Geschwindigkeit von 40km/h in Innenstädten hält und teilweise bis zu 80/100 km/h fährt. Motorräder fahren nachts auch gerne mehrfach um die Ringstraße.

Sijainti on täydellinen! Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. ranskalainen parveke toi luonnonvaloa pieneen huoneeseen. Hiljainen vaikka aivan keskustassa.

Cons:

"Hotelli" oli todella vaikea löytää. ilman ystävällisten ihmisten ja paikalle osuneen hotellissa asuvan henkilön apua olisimme viettäneet yön kadulla.
"toimisto" menee kiinni klo22 vaikka useimmat lennot saapuvat yömyöhään.
Henkilökuntaa oli vaikea/ mahdoton tavoittaa, poislukien siivooja.

Gehorig alles van andere kamers kon je horen, bad mat vies. Bed zacht. Douch ruimte met een soort geur olie gespoten spek glad daardoor.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt! Klea hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch eine 10/10!

Cons:

Da man an der Hauptstrasse ist, muss man damit rechnen, dass es auch in der Nacht laut ist.

Staff molto accogliente e con tante soluzioni. Ho fatto un last minute dato che all’ultimo ho deciso di rimanere a Tirana e per fortuna ho scelto questo alloggio

Excellent views, huge balcony, great price. Arrival instructions and parking garage access video were helpful. Robes were a nice touch.

Cons:

Cash payment on sight was not ideal, but understand this is the norm in many parts of the Balkans.
