VFM if you can see past the condition and size of the property.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, probably the cheapest accommodation in Val Claret. The room was small but just about worked for my family.

Cons:

The communal areas smelt of smoke, the room would have benefitted from a deep clean.

Ne correspond pas du tout aux photos Sale(sol, table…)
Literie très mauvaise
Vieilles sales de bain avec des vieux rideaux de douche
Un seul radiateur dans la pièce principale
La porte de la salle de bain ne tient que par le haut
Le rideau de la salle est tombé sur mon fils qui était à table
Le prix ne correspond pas du tout au logement

Cons:

Studio rustique, petit, pas de rangement type armoire pour les affaires, ne correspond pas aux photos, et surtout casier à ski très petit (malgré un logement de 5 personnes, pas possible de mettre tous les équipements de ski dedans, et il est interdit de reprendre les chaussures ski dans les logements).....

very tired looking. no doors apart from the bathroom. noisey fridge . Small for 2 people , definitely NOT suitable for 4 people as suggested upon booking.

Great layout and location.
Pros:

The arrangements to check in were perfect, recieving a text to tell us our apartment was ready and everything was there ready for us. Much better than queueing to check in.

The location was fantastic, close to all the lifts and the convenience of the supermarket nearby.

The layout of the apartment was excellent - given that we know you need to fit a lot into a small space, the bunks in a separate room meant our son had a bit of his own space.

There was plenty of hot water and the shower worked well.

And the sofa beds were really comfortable and easy to make - up / put away. Much better than the fold out type.

Cons:

The kitchen was short of a few things. Only one saucepan made it hard to cook and only 3 mugs - one with chips in it means a group of 4 may be frustrated. A sharp knife would also be useful - we brought our own. I am sure this can be recitified and we managed. We also brought our own duvets instead of using the blankets. Much nicer.

The main thing to be aware of - and there is little that can be done about this, is the noise. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours on every side and above and below. And you can also hear everything going on in the carpark opposite - including bin lorries and snow clearers at 5 in the morning. If you are sensitive to these things maybe take ear plugs or look for an apartment in a quieter location.

Perfect location,good price but dont expect much.
Pros:

The location could not be anybetter.
Right at the bottom of the slopes. With the right conditions it is true ski in.
It is not bad priced but dont expect much.
It is dry,warm and relatively clean.
If you coming for the skiing and not for luxury acomodation this place is good.

Cons:

The place need done up.
I have been coming to this place for past 15 years. And each year is more tired.
