La camera non ha finestre, la struttura non ha un insonorizzazione fantastica, ogni persona che entra il tuo sonno è finito.
Peccato abbiamo dimenticato di preparare la camera prima del nostro check in, e una volta fatto notare non ci è stato offerto nulla per rimediare

The apartment is on the ground floor next to a street. The blinds on the windows (that look out onto this street) don't close completely, which made us feel uncomfortable, because of all the passers-by. Putting in dark curtains would already have taken care of most of this problem. We decided not to stay the second day because of this.

Il fatto che ci siano 5/6 alloggi e che la gente quando entra nella struttura non prnsa di essere in albergo e non rispetta il silenzio. Basterebbe apporre dei cartelli che richiamino al silenzio nei corridoi

Aucune fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur. Manque de lumière et ambiance un peu claustrophobique.

You can hear the noises very clearly from the inside. And there was a construction going on that didn’t really let me sleep for longer time.

Cleaning was mediocre.

This was not an hotel. Advert was completely misleading. It comprised of four rooms (suites) with kitchenette and shower and beds. No reception area . They should also have specified there were no windows to the outside, and no access to fresh air for all ‘suites’. We had to keep the aircon on for fresh air. There was a foul smell from the drain in the shower. The worst were the beds. We had requested a double bed but there were two single beds individually made up but pushed together. But the mattresses were soft and unstable, as if they were blown up, to the extent that when we slept on the edge of the beds, we slipped off it onto the floor. The first night this happened to my husband, he complained via the call centre. He did a follow up call about two hours later, and was told that the owner was at the store buying a mattress. When we returned that night, no new mattress, just the same beds with one larger fitted sheet. No explanation was received. The mattresses still moved to the side of the bed and remained unstable and I slipped off the following night. We had travelled 11 hrs to this accommodation, spent a lot of money on the accommodation, and simply couldn’t afford to cancel and find other accommodation as we had come to the North Sea Jazz festival for the weekend. It should not be advertised on your website. We had previously stayed at the Marriot Hotel and Premier Suites in the area, and had high expectation, especially as the rates were the same as the Premier Suites.
