Localização perfeita para quem vai ao estádio MorumBIS ou ao Hospital Albert Einstein, acesso super fácil à pé! Região calma, condomínio com portaria 24h e conta com um ''mercado'' que supre as eventuais necessidades. Apartamento limpo, espaçoso e totalmente equipado! A anfitriã me passou todas as informações necessárias, não tive dificuldade nenhuma durante a estadia.

Cons:

Tudo foi ótimo, não tenho do que reclamar.

Ótima localização para quem vai a algum show no MorumBIS, lugar muito confortável.
Conveniência do condomínio é super útil.
Voltaria a ficar no local tranquilamente em uma próxima oportunidade.

Cons:

A portaria/porteiros do condomínio são meio desorganizados. A culpa não é do anfitrião, mas eles são bem enrolados.

Localização para quem precisa estar próximo ao Einstein e conforto do apartamento. Ainda, bons aspectos de segurança para acesso. Foi ainda permitido um late checkout como cortesia.

A great nice appt in a secured building with a pool.
Pros:

It's a great appt in a secured facility. The appt is clean and need and spacy. I didn't have a bus card for Sao Paolo so the subway station was in a 30" reasonable walk. The facility include the underground garage and an inside pool.

Cons:

Each time when coming back to the appt I needed to explain 10 times to the onsite security that I stay with these appts. They walked off then come back and say: "How can I help?" That was very annoying. Eventually they were letting me in. On my last day of stay I was going to the carnival so I complained to a security guard of what can we do so I can easily come in to the property? - He took me to the office where a manager was looking something up in a computer for 10 mins then he took my picture with the webcam and added me to the system so then it all worked. Really? Why this couldn't be done right by my arrival or is it something the owner needs to iron with the onsite security out?
