DEL TERROR, HORROROSA, LO PEOR

NO VAYAN NUNCA AL BLUMEN HOTEL...a simple vista, todo parece bien, pero es como una PELÍCULA DE TERROR ya que el DUEÑO Y RECEPCIONISTA NOS ACOSARON, DAN MIEDO.
Había un huésped que estaba perturbado e inventó que a las 21:00hrs mi hija y yo estábamos haciendo ruido, cuando lo único que pasó es que durante 15 segundos nos reímos. Nos golpearon las paredes, y nosotras pensamos que era de otro lugar. Una hora después, casi nos botan la puerta a golpes. Nosotras confundidas y asustadas no sabíamos qué hacer. Preguntamos quién era, y era la recepcionista Ivonne. Nos vestimos e hicimos nuestros bolsos para irnos, pero no nos devolverían el dinero. (Agrego que la ducha no funcionaba) Fuimos a hablar con la recepcionista, quien solo decía que el huésped reclamaba (el huésped se asomó por la cortina de su habitación y se escondió). La recepcionista llamó al dueño a quién le dije que nos queríamos ir y me dijo que me fuera pero que no me devolvería el dinero. Dicho esto, decidimos irnos a dormir cerrando todo con llave (ya eran las 23:00) El desvelo me hizo mirar mi teléfono, donde me percaté que tenía mensajes de acoso del dueño, amenazándonos, que dejara de hacer ruido (yo intentaba dormir y no hacíamos ruido) y que había llamado a carabineros en conjunto con Booking.
Le dije que los llame pues eso me hacía sentir más segura, ya que a esas alturas estábamos paralizadas en la habitación con 3 personas acosándonos.
Decidimos quedarnos en el lugar por miedo (rogando que llegara carabineros) y el dueño nos llamó sin parar hasta las 00:21 acosándonos y decidimos no contestar. Eso es acoso y abuso en paralelo. ¿El dueño llama a un huésped?
Al día siguiente, nos fuimos a las 10:30 muy asustadas. Sólo dormí 1h ya que después del último llamado del dueño, pasada la medianoche, preferí estar despierta por seguridad.
A las 11:38 el dueño vuelve a insistir y me reenvía un mensaje del huésped que alucinó la noche anterior donde amenaza con acciones legales entre otros. FUE TERRIBLE

Algunos huéspedes hacen mucho ruido, al entrar y salir de las habitaciones, no es responsabilidad de la administración, pero serviría mucho poner carteles de silencio.

Excelente recibimiento y atención. La habitación es maravillosa, con una muy linda vista al mar. El lugar es muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. Fue una excelente experiencia.
