Pros:

Several things. The host was very friendly and welcoming, the location was great and felt like a safe area, and the room was cozy, comfortable, and very stylish. We also received a free room upgrade because the place wasn’t very busy, which was a very kind and thoughtful gesture.

Cons:

There were a few small things that could be improved. The room didn’t have basic amenities like mugs, cups, or spoons. There was also no complimentary water, or even water available to buy, which would have been nice.

The TV didn’t have Smart TV features. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would have been nice to watch Netflix in the evening.

Also, the bathroom area on the first floor was very cold, so taking a shower in the morning wasn’t very comfortable. Adding a small heater there would make a big difference.

Perfecto para descansar y hacer una parada.
Pros:

El desayuno excelente, y lo pedimos a la habitación, lo que fue un regaloneo. La habitación era más grande de lo esperado y tenía cocina con refrigerador, lo que nos sirvió un montón. Pudimos pedir comida delivery y funcionó perfecto. El baño muy bien equipado. Además contamos con una terraza que tenía vista parcial al mar. Muy buena ubicación, con estacionamiento y barrio muy tranquilo.

Cons:

En la cocina nos hizo falta una toalla de papel y un paño de cocina. Con eso hubiéramos andado sensacional.

Its was amazing, totally worth it
Pros:

We've been in Chile for a month now and spent the best 2 days in this wonderful hotel.
Amazing location, great apartments, a cozy terrace, but most importantly for us an excellent bed: the mattress, the pillows the sleep was just magnificent.
After Santiago, it is very, very quiet here. Even the seagulls don't bother us at all. The air is amazing. Overall, it felt like we were visiting relatives at their countryside house.
The hotel owner and staff are the kindest people. And what is also important for Chile in general - they speak English.
Thank you once again to this place and the staff for a wonderful time

Spijtig om te moeten zeggen…maar was de eerste en laatste keer.

Het uitzicht en op zich ook een vriendelijke ontvangst.

Cons:

Eerste morgen…iedereen aan het wachten ontbijt! Ben dan zelf maar iets gaan kopen…had een keuken en kon zelf mijn ontbijt maken.
Internet was slecht…
Een factuur wil de dame niet opmaken omdat ik geen RUF nummer heb…maar alle andere hotels in Chili kunnen dat wel…er wordt zelfs niet meer geantwoord!

Comodidad, buena atención y una estadía muy agradable
Pros:

Mi experiencia en el Blumen Hotel en Concón fue muy positiva. Las instalaciones están en excelente estado, son cómodas y bien cuidadas, lo que realmente hace agradable la estadía. Además, el personal fue muy atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con una actitud cordial que marca la diferencia.

Cons:

Si tuviera que mencionar algo, diría que el área del café-rest tiene un pequeño margen de mejora en cuanto a experiencia general. Nada grave, pero podría optimizarse para estar al mismo nivel del resto del hotel.
