Unfortunately, I’m unable to properly review this property as we never had the opportunity to stay there. We were informed *only upon arrival* that the bathroom had been broken for four days prior, and we were relocated to a nearby backpacker-style private room without any prior notice or consent. The alternative accommodation was completely different from what we booked.
Despite regular communication with the property beforehand, there was no mention of the bathroom issue, no warning of a relocation, and no option to cancel or receive a refund. When we raised this with both the manager and Nova, we were offered either a single free breakfast or a motorbike rental, with the explanation that it was “too late” to notify us and she “fell asleep” - despite the issue having existed days earlier. We considered booking alternative accomodation in el nido but given how late we were notified there was very limited accommodation available, leaving us with no choice.
Customer service throughout was disappointing. With a 4:30am departure for an early flight, we were told it was “too early” to help arrange transport and had to organize it ourselves. We arranged transport with a nearby hotel/ staff at our alternative accom who were able to assist us without issue.
Additionally, the property is not centrally located and requires tuk-tuk access via a dirt road.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of transparency, poor communication, and last-minute relocation to a vastly different accommodation felt misleading and unacceptable.
Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig. Zum Essen waren wir meist nebenan bei Alimos wo es sehr gutes Essen gibt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind gereist und hatten wie versprochen ein Bett für ihn bekommen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend für Familien!
This was a very spacious family room (two floors) and a very quiet area. It was air conditioned and comfortable. Our flights were cancelled and we ended up arriving in the middle of the night and they were so wonderful about sending a tuktuk to meet us and let us check in at 3am! We were so VERY grateful for their help

The property is amazing if you’re looking to be left alone. The actual room was a 10/10 with many lovely details and amazing large bed and another big bed too.
We were there during a typhoon and staff offered no kind of assistance or care, even before the typhoon hit. We felt like a bother to them. The generator was only run when they were there I suppose for their own use and then on one occasion said it would be turned off for an hour but ended up being almost 4 hours. Very inconvenient as we were stuck there with no light water or internet. The explanation was that they were working at another hotel. The owner on the other hand who was in Manila but we communicated via booking.com was considerate enough to move us to her brothers hotel down the road who did have generator working all the time and was very accommodating but a much smaller room with only one bed which is not what we paid for but still very much appreciated at that point.
The place was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful, and we felt truly relaxed and welcomed throughout our stay. We’ll definitely come back!
One of the most amazing place I’ve ever been! Amazing decoration, very big, clean and welcoming. A bit far from the center but for us it was perfect- very quiet and safe place but still only less than 15 minutes walking to the center. Highly recommended!

Power and internet dropped out occasionally. The staff member who repeatedly told us that we had not paid for items we had receipts for, and asked for repayment!
This was the best property we stayed during our stay in the Philippines. On our arrival they came to pick us up from the town square with the tuk tuk. The ladies were extremely helpful with renting a motorcycle, they have their own agency.
The room was very nicely decorated and very comfortable.
The location is great as well, short walk from the city center and very quiet!

Only complaint is it’s not easy to find, they need more signage at the beginning of their little road as there is no sign and our tuk tuk struggled to find. Great price for what you get.
Such a perfect place! Spacious apartment in two floors, such a nice “Bali vibe” decorations, cleanest place we have ever been. Comfy bed and pillows, great wifi, shower pressure is top, peaceful place to escape square town El Nido which is soooo loud&noisy. Great location, shops, restaurants, beach in walking distance. If you go to center El Nido there is nice walking distance for 10mins. Owner Jona is so kind and helpful. She arranged all transfers, van, island hopping, scooter, laundry - we had “non- stressful” time and we loved it. We stayed 7 nights and we are so happy to choose this place. If you are searching for nice place - this is the right decision.
