The apartment was clean, location was good, there was plenty of space inside
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building right above a fish market. The market’s air conditioners were positioned at the exact same height as the hallway windows, so the smell in the corridor was awful.
Thankfully, the odor didn’t get into the apartment itself — but walking to and from it wasn’t the most pleasant experience.
Location. Close to subway, convenience stores, local fish markets. That have bath and laundry so you can wash your things! Comfortable bed.
No car park. It’s actually just apartment building.
Location. Only 15 mins walk to Hakata St and other main city area.
Plates and bowls not cleaned. Had rice on it.
The motion sensor light is annoying. I want the switch to turn on and off. Too bright so I took the light ball off. Bed is not good too as it makes squeaky noise every changing sides of sleep. From that I’ve paid, I’ve had so much better place.
Room was spacious, even with two big luggages.
Having a washing machine was also a huge plus.
There was no staff at the location, but it was easy to get assistance via the Booking.com chat.
Ample coin parking lots in the vicinity. We chose the one that was about 400m away which cost 800yen per 24 hours as it allowed us to leave our car in the day and explore Tenjin and Hakata on foot.
Location was great, with Anytime Fitness across the road and Canal City about a 15-minute walk away (less than 1km). It was also walkable to Tenjin area.
Check-in had to be done on the tablet, with multiple steps. But it was done within 10 minutes, so not a major problem.
As mentioned by other reviews, there was a fishy smell at the hallway due to the market located right next to the property. But it was perfectly fine in the unit, so this was not a major problem for us either.
The location is close to the supermarket, fish market and shopping area. It's accessible to buses and underground.
The place was quiet and clean.
The place was clean and spacious. Also the bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything you need.
And well located.
It was a perfect place to stay.
The automatic check in was not so easy as it would reset if you dont finish fast enough. Also we uploaded both passports but one of them didnt save.
Good location.
The bed was extremely hard—so much so that it made my back sore.
There was also loud construction noise right next to the building at midnight, which was unexpected and not mentioned before we booked. The sound was incredibly LOUD.
Everything was excellent. The service was great, and the apartment was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. While I would have preferred accommodation within walking distance of Hakata Station, the bus stop right in front of the building was a convenient alternative.
It would be helpful to have a broom available in the room for us to tidy up, especially during a longer stay.
Location: good bus access and walking distance to Tenjin when it’s not hot!
It would be good if there was a clothes drying rack.
only the Location (somehow)
absolutely messy and dirty. there was Hair in my bed, in the laundry, in the shower, dustballs all over the place, sticky table, particels in the washer and the A/C was a health Hazard. it was so disgusting that I could not use it to heat the room. Dirt fell of the AC while pushing the on button.
Nice little apartment overall. Relatively central area. Bathroom very clean and useful to have washing machine with detergent and hanging rack for drying. I ended up using the buses a lot more than I expected as the apartment was on multiple useful bus routes! I initially took the subway from Hakata station to the apartment but the bus turned out to be a better option.
The bed was very soft. It needs a clean in the out of the way areas. There was a lot of dust on the AC unit and around the desk. Also, personally I didn't like that there was a camera inside the apartment. Even though it was only pointing towards the door I unplugged it and covered it when I was inside.
Good location. Good facilities. Good storage.
Small space
Building was new and the room was decent size, laundry was very useful.
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep well during our stay (7 days). It has kitchen but you can not really cook, there is not even salt or oil. Balcony looked like hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time, wanted to dry clothes but the balcony was too dirty to do so.
Good central location, clean and provides everything you need. I found the bed and pillow very comfortable, but my husband didn't like the pillow... So that's difficult to assess
Didn't feel as cozy as it could due to the cold white lighting. Could use some warm light for the evening/night and maybe some wall decoration for a splash of color.
