Pros:

Waktu saya check in hr Jumat, antrian puanjang sekali. Sy telp bagian sales minta di check in dr dalam krn sy lansia baru tiba dr perjalanan panjang. Langsung oleh Duty Manager saya dikasih kunci kamar. Saya sangat berterima kasih utk payanan yg istimewa. Mksh pak Rusdhi {smg benar ejaan nama nya)

Visit but understand, if you’re a 5 star hotel customer your heart will not warm to it
Pros:

It’s aged, needs upgrading, it seems like it was the place to be 15 years ago however it’s just spacious but not great.

I would say the best feature are the staff but for the room prices I would choose another location

Cons:

Features seem low, breakfast unfortunately not fantastic, then dinner in the evening unevenly cooked. Genuinely it has low standard budget hotel chain.

Marriott Europe Hotel room sizes, old Ibis style decor with abandoned low traffic city hotel feel.

A place like home.
Pros:

Spacious rooms and very caring staff. Everything worked and it felt like home.

Need Updates in the Hotel Bathroom
Pros:

I like the Swimming pool and Frienly Stuff .

Cons:

The Room need a big TLC ( Especially the Decor Bathroom has Stain in Bath Tub , Kitchen look and little bit Old . And The Gym need upgrade
